Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath and Shower Collection Review

Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath and Shower Collection

Great things come in small packages (like myself, total winky face moment) and that couldn't be truer in the case of the Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath and Shower Collection. Basically name your need and this impressive line up of dinky bath oils shall serve - from de-stressing the mind or body to reviving they've got it all. I must warn you that once you try an a Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower Oil you will find it almost unbearable to go back to your usual shower gel or bubble bath for that matter. Think of the most luxurious shower or bath product you have every used and multiply it by 100 and you have Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower Oil, with both aromatherapy benefits and a blend of natural oils these dinky little wash time companions really are fit for a king.

Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath and Shower Collection

If you are new to Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower Oils then I highly recommend starting with one of the travel kits either the miniature bath and shower oil kit or the adorable Perfect Partner kit. Both sets feature various 7.5ml vials of the brands best selling oils, yes they are rather on the small side but believe me they go further than you would imagine - around 4/5 baths or showers but that is all dependant on how much you use of course. For a blissful bath you simply add a capful or two to running water, climb in and enjoy. However for those like myself who prefer (prefer is a lie I simply don't have a bath) to shower you simply take a capful and massage the oil all over your body and rinse off for soft, supple and beautifully scented skin. Sometimes I like to combine the oil with a little dry brushing for a luxurious body treatment in one quick step. The heat of the water also helps to release the aroma of the oil and of course the benefits of aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath and Shower Collection

In the Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath and Shower Collection you will find 11 various oils:

Deep Relax - A powerful pre-bed soak is recommended with this oil for a peaceful nights sleep.
"Experience the seriously relaxing and restful powers of vetivert, camomile and sandalwood for a tranquil night."

Light Relax - Perhaps you don't need any help in getting to sleep but do crave a relaxing evening dip? Well Light Relax is for you, gently relaxing and restful powers lavender, ylang ylang and petitgrain to help unwind you after a busy day.

De-Stress Mind - Does just want it says on the tin, helps to clear the mind with focusing and clarifiying powers of frankincense, petitgrain, wild camomile and rosemary to help get you back on track.

De-Stress Body - Over done it at the gym or simply carrying a lot of tension? This oil coupled with warm water will help to ease out any knots with the warming and easing powers of rosemary, black pepper, lavender and ginger which also help to de-stress.

Revive Morning - A wake up call of grapefruit, rosemary and juniper. The have a great day in a bottle.

Revive Evening - We've all had a long day only to be greeted with a full evening ahead to endure for such times this blend of geranium, ylang ylang, patchouli and sandalwood will help to re-energise and get you through the hours with ease.

Support Breathe - With winter cold's and flu's on the horizon (oh so optimistic aren't I?) this blend of eucalyptus, pine, tea tree and peppermint helps to de-congest and soothe weary heads and muscles.

Support Lavender and Peppermint - Another winter suggestion as the blend of lavender and peppermint helps to cool (great for lowering a temperature) and the lavender soothes and relaxes, preparing for a great nights sleep ahead when you are a little under the weather.

Support Equilibrium - This is the oil to bust out when the rainy days are getting you down, a blend of comforting and uplifting geranium, rose and frankincense to help uplift and put a little pep back into your step.

I am more than a little heartbroken that I have used my entire collection of mini oils, fingers crossed that I win the lottery at the weekend so I can buy all 11 in full size versions...a girl can dream eh?
