What's In My Shower

Forgive me for the less than exciting title but rather than post monthly empties I thought it would be a little more interesting if I shared what I'm currently using come shower time.
I have decided to scrap monthly empty posts completely as frankly I loathe having empty bottle lying around and honestly I have never enjoyed writing them yet I enjoy reading other blogger's versions...what can I say I'm a complex creature haha!

I know we all enjoy riffling through each others bags and make-up bags to see what products
fellow flockers to the beauty alter enjoy and recommend so today I invite you to glimpse
at what is in my shower!

What's In My Shower

Currently I am using two separate shower products: the luxurious Almond Shower Oil by L'Occitane
for morning showers, I hate mornings so anything that encourages me to jump under the jet
of water and wake up is only a good thing right?

For the evening shower I always use Avon's Sleeptherapy Shower Gel, I've lost count of how many bottles I've worked my way through but it does work in the sense that it relaxes me and prepares me for bed. I am thinking about indulging in the This Works sleep range sooner rather than later as it has been getting quite some praise too.

I'm not that vigilant with body lotions or body butters, I am forever forgetting to apply them or talk myself
out of it using the excuse it is too cold (which it is) but this week I have made more of an effort
and after nearly every shower I have been applying Philosophy's Amazing Grace Body Butter.
It has such a clean scent and doesn't feel sticky on the skin which earns it a gold star in my book.

For my hair I have been trying my hardest to use gentle formulas that are free from parabens and sulfates
and I do find that Organic Surge's Moisture Boost range caters to my hair needs rather well,
helping keep my hair frizz free and a little more manageable.

After each wash I do like to run a little Moroccan Oil Light through the ends of my hair to add a little gloss,
seal any split ends and to add a quick glossy sheen to the hair once dry.

Once a week I have been using Caviar Repair Fix and Fill Treatment which helps repair the texture of
the hair, filling in any gaps or tears, smoothing the hair cuticle.
So far so good but I will do an in-depth review of the Caviar Repair Fix and Fill Treatment once I have finished the tub entirely.

My cleanser of choice is of course Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel which will come as little surprise
to anyone given how often I harp on about it, if you have yet to try it out I urge you to give it a go
as it has cleared and calmed my skin over the past few months.
I use it both day and night, I can not be without it!
To remove eye make-up I have been using Clarins Gentle Eye Make-Up remover which
is great for light eye make-up such as mascara and a quick flick of eyeliner.

So I ask you what's in your shower?
