Waterproof eyeliners...oh lordy don't get me started!
So many claim to be "the one", the liner you want on your team to defend your under eye are from looking
like Alice Cooper when the tears or rain drops are suddenly crashing down yet so many fail.
For me Spring is the beginning of watery eye season (hay fever) a.k.a the search for a great liner yet again.
Luckily over the festive period I stumbled across Anastasia Beverly Hills Covet Waterproof Eye Liners and knew the formula had potential written all over it if it could withstand onion peeling and chili chopping - Christmas is a little alternative in terms of meals at best in my humble abode.

With five shades currently available you are spoiled for choice, I have tried all five shades but thought I'd show you the shades that I enjoying the most, a little step out from the typical black offerings of the past.
Each of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Covet Waterproof Eye Liners are presented within sleek, black plastic pencil style liners with a screw up mechanism resulting in you never loosing a liner to a sharpener again,
not to mention there is not a trace of mess.

The three shades I rate most highly have to be : Vert - a glittering golden olive, Steel - metallic charcoal
and Astral - shimmering dove grey.
Vert is my must have if you want to be ahead of the pack in the beauty stakes as come Summer 2013
we will all be rocking olive on our eyes in some form.
Steel and Astral are perfect for blondes and redheads or those like myself who want something a little
more special than your run of the mill black eye liner.

As pretty as the colours may be all that is worthless if the formula sucks.
Luckily the Anastasia Beverly Hills Covet Waterproof Eye Liner are soft so that they do not pull or tug on the delicate eye area but firm enough to retain their shape allowing you to apply sharp,
precise lines or various thickness and length.
Most importantly the are waterproof, oh boy are these waterproof!
As mentioned they survived the onion test but what about rain?
Well living in Glasgow means I am no stranger to a torrential down pour or two
and even walking home in the rain didn't not budge these glistening eyeliners in the slightest,
I wish I could say the same about my mascara!
To remove I do suggest using a good oil based eye make-up remover my favourites are
Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up remover - link and  Lacome Bi-Facil - link.
