MAC Spring 2013 Studio Collection - Information

Tuesday, December 18, 2012

Another collection that will be hitting the UK this coming January is MAC's Spring 2013 Studio Collection
which includes new shades of Studio Fix foundation and powder as well as some nifty concelear palettes.
To the best of my knowledge all of this is permanent but I do wonder if the concealer palettes will end
up like the lip palettes that launched earlier this year and become a Pro only product in the UK?
The name certainly suggests that this will be the case.

This collection will hit the UK the first week of January.

*Edit this is meant to hit UK Stores this Thursday so it may creep online this boxing day!*

    1. To the best of my knowledge yes this will be online at the same time as the Strength Collection, MAC tend to release a few collections in on go with can be annoying and pricey :( x

    2. Very pricey! I have a few lipsticks I want, so I think I may wait until these come out so I don't spend too much. Thank you :) x

    3. The lipsticks are L.E so I'd get them 1st as the palettes are permanent :) you are very welcome! x

  2. The light shades of the liquid foundation definitely do appeal, to someone as 'Twilight movie extra' pale as me. The lightest concealer pallette looks promising too shade wise it'll all depend on the formula really.

    1. It's always great when brands expand foundation/concealer shades isn't it :) agreed I think the formula is just the typical studio concealer (the little round potted concealer that looks like the eyeshadows) but I may be wrong :)

  3. I definitely will be picking up one of the concealer palettes! Great for freelance work! Just looked at the strength collection post and have my eye on the Absolute Power lipstick... should be a bit pricey! Love your blog by the way :) http://shivonmakeupbiz.blogspot.co.uk/ xxxx

  4. Yeah finally a shade that might suit my vampire like skin, the nc15 has always been abit too dark on me, this might be the colour for me!

  6. Love the look of the concealer palettes but haven't gotten on with the studio products in the past, they make my skin really greasy which isn't its typical condition at all! x
