I want to begin this post by apologising, the reply function on my comments is really hit and miss
at the moment and isn't letting me reply which is frustrating as I hate leaving questions unanswered,
I just feel so rude so until it sorts itself if you do have any questions feel free to email/tweet me
and I will get back to you!
So sorry's out of the way and shockingly onto a second instalment of empties...i'm on a roll baby!
Empty posts are one of my favourite kind of posts not only to write but to read,
I rather enjoy finding out what works for others and putting such products on my to buy list,
which does seem to be never ending these days!
Anyway onto what I have finished...
Ojon Dry Recovery Shampoo/Conditioner
Growing up in a huge family I lived for years on what ever shampoo and conditioner was on offer that week
and I must decree that there is nothing at all wrong with that or being frugal, food over hair care if you ask me but when you do use and abuse your hair it is only fair to give it a treat now and then and no other products have quite quenched my hairs thirst like the Ojon Dry Recovery duo.
I have long, thick hair and I do wash it every day (naughty I know but I feel like a tramp otherwise)
and this has lasted me just shy of three weeks which is a first and yes I will be repurchasing despite
the pair costing £41.50 combined (gulp) but there is the free offer on the 8th which I will be first in line for!
L'Oreal Casting Creme Gloss in Rich Expresso
Speaking of abusing my hair...this week I had a mad notion to warm up the tone of my hair using a brown
dye that is slightly warmer toned. Truthfully it didn't do what I wanted it to but I do really like L'Oreal Casting Creme Glosses as they are semi-permanent and feel really gentle on the hair.
I will no doubt dabble with one or two of these again but at the moment I'm currently booked into
the hairdressers for an all over tint to refresh my ebony locks!
Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover
I recall bemoaning how pricey this was for a nail polish remover but I take it all back as it has lasted
a good three or four months and do have to admit that you can't beat it when in a hurry.
The only reason mine is going into the big green bin of doom is that the sponge is beginning to flake
and crumble, basically telling me it is time to move on but yes I will re-purchasing very soon.
Witch Skin Care Transparent Pressed Powder
If you have oily skin but don't want heavy coverage or a caked matte effect I can not recommend
this powder enough, it mops up excess oil and as it contains Witch Hazel oil it can help
heal any exsisting blemishes not to mention prevent future ones from rearing their ugly head!
An instant re-purchase for me and a staple in my handbag.
New C-ID Primer
I have nothing bad to say about this product, it smooths out my skins surface and helps prolong
make-up wear but it won't be a repurchase for me as I need something that helps
with both oil production and my enlarged pores.
Have you finished up many products this month?
I'm still using up the dregs of my third Witch Powder and it really is one of the best products around! I don't find that I'm running out of shampoo that quickly these days, due to rotating around 9 at least! x
ReplyDeleteIt is such a great powder :) haha well at least you won't run out any time soon :)
DeleteI love Casting Creme Gloss - I find it really nourishing on my hair and even if it doesn't end up the colour you want, it's only semi-permanant so will eventually wash out, unlike permanent hair dyes!
