I rather regret not numbering these posts now...it would be nice to see how many I have done
over the months without having to manual count them, oh well not to worry!
This week I really need to clear out and stream line my stash, it has been a while
and make-up seems to be every where I look these days.
Anyway on to my choices for the week ahead!
Face
Liz Earle Bronzer - My regular bronzer - Clinque Super Balanced, is looking a little too deep on my skin tone at the moment so it is time to go for a lighter shade now the tan has faded.
This bronzer is so finely pigmented it feels lighter than air on the skin and is a joy to both apply
and wear.
17 Cream Blush in Bronze - This was a gift with purchase when I bought 17's reformulated BB Cream,
normally I give away the little sets 17 gifts to a friend or family member but I rather liked this addition,
most particularly the cream bronzer that will make for a great base to layer a powder product on top of.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Instant Radiance Shimmer Touch in Shimmer Sand - I love using highlighters on my cheekbones and do tend to favour those of the powder variety but this is such a pretty shade that it would be a shame to neglect it!
Lips
Deborah Lip Gloss (Orange Shade) - I apologise I can not find the shade name or number for this product
but it is a lovely golden orange shade that is wonderful to layer over coral or orange lipsticks
to add a quick dash of shine and moisture.
Kiko Super Gloss in 124 - I have made it my personal mission to become more comfortable with red lips
and this is my way of easing myself in and gradually building up to full on bright red lips.
Eyes
Sleek Graphite Palette - I have been craving a deep smokey eye look for a while ( I think it is because
Autumn is nearly knocking on our doors) and this palette provides the perfect shade options to do so.
If Sleek ever re-promote a palette it has to be this one, don't you agree?
17 Solo Eyeshadow in Statuesque - Another freebie along with the cream blush/bronzer, I know this
golden glitter based eyeshadow will be a wonderful highlight and I plan on using it when I go out tonight.
So that is this weeks choices, have you shopped your stash?
These posts always remind i need to rummage through my 'stash' and pick out items i have neglected :)

shopping from my stash would be something i'd be doing when i go home in an hour or so. it's a great idea you're promoting here since after so many hauls (blogged and those i got too lazy to blog about haha) there's just so many of them piling up to the point that shopping from my own stash is imaginable! thanks for the idea!
ReplyDeleteSleek pallettes are on my radar at the moment...I need one!
ReplyDeletegreat products!:)

The Sleek graphite palette is one of the only ones I don't have. It's far too similar to the permanent Bad Girl one for me to justify having both!

That's why I haven't got it don't think there's any point in having the two x
DeleteGreat post. I have a few of the 17 single eyeshadows, their great quality for the price Ax
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of this because I have so many makeup products lying neglected that I barely use, so think I'll have to go through my collection, see if I've anything I haven't used in a while! Love your blog, it's always really informative without being too text heavy. Mary x

Nice powder bronzer :)
ReplyDeleteI'm happy you're giving red lippies a chance :D I think there's a red shade for everyone!!! But... You know I'm a red lip lover, hahahaha!
I've got Sleek Bad Girl palette on my stash, I don't feel to own this one too as they're so similar unless you usually do dark smokeys. Humm... Not this week for me to use Bad Girl, it's still so sunny here! I'm choosing Paraguaya :P
I love these posts as it always jogs my memory that I have things similar which I should really use! X
ReplyDeleteI love this sleek palette! I also shopped my stash this week, just posted about it!
ReplyDeleteOoo I like the look of the sleek palette, must resist!
