Yesterday Selfridges launched MAC's newest collection Heavenly Creatures (it has also launched on MAC's website as of today) which is their annual mineral collection and the one I look forward to the most each year as each of the powder based products truly are little works of art in a pot!

I want to state that the review of each product is minimal and wear times are based on past experiences of MAC's Mineralize products. The collection only arrived on my door step this afternoon as I rush shipped it in order to have the collection before I leave for my holiday so I do apologize that I have not properly tested each product but I'm sure most will appreciate the swatches.

MAC Centre of the Universe Mineralize Skin Finish is officially listed as Coral with Golden Shimmer which is pretty apt, closely inspected the powder has swirls of bright gold, deep plum and an strongly orange toned coral swirl which seems to dominate not only the pan but the overall shade when applied.

Swatched Centre of the Universe is a mid toned coral with a golden sheen, it leans slightly warm but not so much that it is problematic, the golden tone lends itself nicely to most tones.
Although this Mineralize Skin Base has a frost finish it is not gritty nor overloaded with shimmer particles,
I would imagine applied to the face that this has an illuminating effect and in my opinion this is the perfect shade for most skin tones to wear as a summer coral blush.

On average I get around 6/7 hours of wear from a MAC Mineralize Skin Finish when used as a blush,
my skin is oily so that does reduce the wear time slightly.
