Kicking off this Friday is Benefit's UK Mascarathon which is a charity run 
in aid of Refuge which benefits women and children escaping domestic violence - a very worthy cause.
To kick things of the uber cool Caroline Fleck will be doing the first two miles in Edinburgh
with a whole slew of other celebrities continuing throughout the event.
