This summer sees the release of a good few items from Accessorize which you can
expect to see rolled out over this blog in the next few days and let me say there are some goodies to be had!
Today I'm sharing a beautiful lip gloss that has summer written all over it!

I very much feel that with the of Accessorize Intense Colour Lip Glosses packaging
you'll either love it or loathe it, I personally love it but my taste does run slightly tacky!

It's the epitome of girlyness with a really pretty leopard and rose print lid, that stands out from the crowd.
Sadly that is where my love for the packaging ends as hidden  inside it is a typical doe foot applicator
which I am not a fan of that being said it doesn't work against this particular formula but a brush applicator
is always my personal preference.

Sadly my sample was not issued with a shade name sticker but going from the press release
it looks to be either Spirit and Vest or Ignite - it is too difficult to determine from a photocopy!

That aside it is the most beautiful intense red based coral shade I have tested in a long while,
It has a slight yellow undertone which places it into the neutral spectrum
but as it is a lip gloss and semi opaque I really doubt it to be problematic for any one
as it should work with your natural lip shade rather than against it.

It is quite similar to the likes of Mac Vegas Volt and shades of that vain.

In terms of formula this is one of the thicker glosses I've tested but surprisingly not all that sticky,
it has a strong vanilla scent that reminds me of the MUA lipsticks.

It applies well and evenly and doesn't seem to settle into the lines of my lips
but will highlight any dry patches you may have so do exfoliate before using.

The pigmentation is simply amazing it is like wearing a super glossy lipstick - the pigmentation is that great!
It is fairly comfortable to wear but did tingle a little when I first applied, I really can't say if
this happens to just be my lips or the formula but none the less the tingle sensation faded quickly
and wasn't all that troublesome, in terms of wear it lasted on my lips a little over an hour.
