The newest launch from Models Own is the collaboration with Hed Kandi,
five beautiful bright colours that capture the party essence of the island of Ibiza perfectly
and is the perfect nail polish wardrobe for the summer regardless if you are jetting off to Ibiza or not.
Today I am going to share all five shades with you so you can see them in action,

Models Own Ibiza Mix is the shade that has had all us polish lovers rushing for our local Boot's stores,
sadly my Boots's doesn't stock Models Own but had I can ensure you it would have been 
a case of elbows at the ready ladies for the last bottle haha!
Ibiza Mix is a chunky glitter polish which can be used as a top coat
or built up in layers to form a solid glitter finish.
The clever thing about Ibiza Mix is that it combines pink, blue and gold glitter chunks
so it works well with any of the three non-glittery polishes in the Hed Kandi collection
as they share the shame colour scheme...very clever!


Yes Ibiza Mix is a similar to OPI Rainbow Connection in the sense that they are both
almost pastel coloured chunky glitter polishes but Models Own Ibiza Mix is not as chunky
and has a more delicate finish and generally feels more summer appropriately,
none the less you may want to skip if you own Rainbow Connection and don't really use it.
My tip for apply this polish is to dab on rather than brush on that way you gain better coverage.

Models Own polishes come well packaged and have a nicely sized brush,
I feel the price point is fair as generally speaking the formula is always pretty much great
and wears well when set with a top coat - for up to five days!
