Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Eyeshadow are fairly new to the make-up market,
where they have launched they have caused quite the storm with many shades selling out temporarily.
While seeking out the shades I didn't import from the US I have encountered plenty of empty stands!
Also I couldn't find the white and black shades anywhere nor was there a space for them?
Has anyone in the UK managed to get either without resorting to eBay etc?

The packaging is very akin to the Mac Paint Pots - transparent thick jar with a screw on black lid.
I'm not entirely sure if the jar is plastic or glass but either way it is sturdy and does the job
just ensure you keep the lid firmly screwed on in order to not alone the product to dry out.
I do think the packaging is misleading as the base acts like a magnifying glass,
giving the illusion that there is more product than the 4g's...sneaky!

Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Eyeshadows share more than packaging in common with Mac Paint Pots!
The formula is also very similar - a solid cream eyeshadow that melts with contact of the skin.
Personally I use this kind of product as an eyeshadow base but they can be utilized
as an all over wash of colour, an eye liner and of course as a base as I mentioned.
I found this shade to work best as an eye liner but that is just my preference.

On and On Bronze (Born to Be Bronze in the US/Canada?)
is a mid toned bronze shade with a slight lavender tint and is cool toned.
In some lights this is more taupe than bronze but regardless is a nice easy to wear shade.
It is a frost/metallic finish that blends out to a shimmer finish free of glitter.
For me this is a great base shade for layering over neutral shades
or for creating a dramatic smokey eye.
The shade is really beautiful and works just as well as an all over wash of colour!

I'm not going to lie and state that I tested these for the full 24 hours as I was raised better than that haha!
I also don't recommend wearing make-up in general for such a lengthy period as you skin will suffer.
First of all I wore the formula for 12 hours without primer and without an eyeshadow on top,
it faired well and only faded and creased ever so slightly around the 11 hour mark
but do keep in mind that I have oily lids so that will effect the wear profusely.
The next day I applied the formula with a primer before hand and a slick of powder eyeshadow on top,
applying the eyeshadow on top was fairly straight forward and it blended well.
For those it may interest I applied Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Eyeshadow with a fluffy blending brush.
This method lasted the 12 hours with ease and should I have needed it to it would have withstood
another good few hours!
I found these to feel light weight and comfortable on the skin and a great alternative to Mac Paint Pots.
