I'm on a roll when it comes to using up products so I have more empty products to share,
to briefly give you a run down of how the product preforms and if I would re-purchase.
Model Co Airbrush in a Can Self Tanner
This is so easy to use thanks to the airbrush function, the colour is not deep nor orange
but works really well with my light golden natural skin colour for a natural looking pick me up of colour.
I also like that the product comes with a wash of guide colour so you can see where you are applying
and have a streak free tan!
Yes I would buy this again but would buy the larger can next time.
Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair Shampoo
We always seem to have a bottle of Gliss Shampoo and Conditioner lurking in the shower
be it this red version or one of the pastel pink variety and for very good reason too!
It repairs the hair so well and provides a lovely glossy finish particularly on dark hair
and the best part?
You can normally pick this line up for a pound!
Sooner or later I will re-purchase this.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation
I only ever bought this to test and review hence why the shade is a tad too light for me.
Personally I found this to be less superior to the original Healthy Mix
but it has had it uses when it comes to lightening a too deep foundation.
For me this is not going to be a re-purchase, I will be sticking to the original version.
L'Oreal True Match Foundation
Aside from me yet again having a shade that didn't match my skin tone
the formula was really great, this is what I mixed with the healthy mix serum above
to form a custom shade that was perfect.
I really like how this foundation offers full coverage that isn't mask like!
Yes a definite re-purchase for me, fingers crossed I can find a shade to match my yellow skin!
Have you been successful in finishing any products lately?
I love the Gliss shampoo & conditioner, I'm using the pink one at the moment it's doing wonders for my damaged hair. I seem to be on a roll finishing up products too.. satisfying isn't it!?

Brill stuff for a £1 isn't it! Yes that is the very word isn't it :)
DeleteThe Gliss shampoo sounds good, especially for under £1! I'm usually rubbish at using things up-I'll almost use it up and then hoard it in my bathroom. Need to stop doing that!
ReplyDeleteI have finished my Liz Earle moisturiser for dry skin (sample size) and a hand cream from one of my glossybox that I have been using for my feet! (like you needed to know that).
Love all of your posts, you are fast becoming one of my fave bloggers :P xx
I do that too...terrible habit!
Deletehaha sharing is caring ;)
aww thank you!
The Gliss shampoo sounds really good but i'm surprised i've never seen it before! Will have to look out for it! x
ReplyDeleteCheck the pound shop :)
Deletei finished my aussie shampoo and conditioner, which i have promptly replaced with a VO5 pair (review to come soon!:)). i need to start really trying to finish these things!

Oh i can't wait to see that review I've been meaning to try v05! :)
DeleteEmpties is great, great for your purse and the planet, I am trying to do the same, finish make up items off before buying new ones, and these past 2 weeks i finished No7 eye makeup remover,Nip and Fab body butter (which was amazing) and Nivea Visage 2 in 1 cleanser and toner, i already have more of the eye make up remover, got other body butters, but the 2 in 1, i wasn't really a fan of, i prefer them separate. I have to do what you do with foundations alot of the time, mix them to get the right colour, i do like the look of the bourjois one though mmmm.....
ReplyDeleteCouldn't agree more :) Oh wow that it is really well done :) go you! God it is annoying mixing isn't it :( most UK foundations are too pink for my skin sadly, if you do get healthy mix get the original so much better :)
DeleteI'm not finishing any products in the near future. I'm trying to finish some products but it taked a while and I buy to much new products. I have to shape up!
ReplyDeleteMaybe the nicer weather will motivate you :) but yes it is hard going!
DeleteI've finished three lip balms and almost finished two blushers x
ReplyDeleteOh god you are so much better than me! :)
Deletedefinitely gonna give that fake tan a go! i also tried the serum, and agree that the original healthy mix is better! love your blog :)
