New this April for Spring is L'Occitane Pivoine Delicate scent and line of lip products.
Pivoine Delicate combines the softness of Rose petals and Peony
blended with the green transparency of Lily of the Valley for a soft floral
with a powdery soft trail.

All of the items in the L'Occitane Pivoine Delicate range are beautifully presented in pastel pink boxes
with beautiful floral illustrations that will pretty up any dresser or make-up bag!
The lip gloss comes in a transparent plastic tube with a cardboard lid that is just so pretty.
As I mentioned in the earlier post the cardboard is sturdy but avoid getting it wet.
What I really like about this gloss is that instead of a doe foot applicator it has a great brush
which makes applying gloss so much easier...if only more glosses had a brush!

Rose Fremissant is a light bright milky pink shade with lots of tiny silver glitter particles.
The shade has a light blue undertone that doesn't really show when applied.
Although there is glitter present in the gloss it is not at all gritty or rough.
Rose Fremissant is not overly pigmented but lip glosses seldom are on the lips
this basically appears as a  light milky sheen and would be best layered over another lip shade.

The gloss is slightly thick in texture but is not at all sticky making it comfortable to wear,
it is not hydrating nor is it drying but light and comfortable to wear.
I did find it to have a light scent but nothing that is noticeable once worn.
As with all glosses the wear time is not all that long wearing,
I found it to last for little longer than an hour before requiring a touch up!
