I've been feeling a little down in the dumps lately, uninspired and unmotivated.
Sometimes lots of tiny little things just chip away at you and you feel stressed out?
Well that has pretty much been my week, don't worry I'm not looking for sympathy
but rather wanted to share what I have been using to perk me up and help me chill out!
When I have been getting stressed out I seem to curl up in bed turn everything off - i.e phone, laptop
and stick on a good old chick flick or my trusty Friends box set (best £50 I ever spent haha),
that and burning the most divine relaxing and room warming candle in my collection!

The candle itself is large but not so much that it is overwhelming and a hassle to move around the house

The scent is deeply relaxing and sultry, it is so calming and reminds me of exotic places such as Turkey!
I know it is an odd comparison but when I burn this all I can think of is the beautiful spas
I visited when on holiday in Turkey a few years back.
To me this scent is the height of indulgence and it makes me feel 100% better after a rubbish day.
The great thing about this scent is that it fills the house with an exotic scent without being overpowering!

It looks really nice, I like the black and white jar. I also like the fact it's white. It might seems shallow, but I prefer having candles that colour match my room, so if it's white the only thing I have to wory about is to find a nice smell.

Omg I've just got on the sofa after going morrisons to buy some nice smelling candles and then I read this post! Haha. Yes I do use them as a pick me up!

When I think of scened candles I think of my Wicca school drills. ~shudder~ Oh the days of having to know at least 5 therapeutic uses for herbs on demand. The scent seems really musky and woody.
