Lip balm may not be the most glamorous of beauty items but it is something the majority of us will use daily, that's why we all need at least one we can rely on come rain, shine and all that is in-between. My go to guy is Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Nourishing Lip Balm - a thick, quick to act lip balm that solves just about all my lip calamities.
I love everything about Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Nourishing Lip Balm from the thick texture to the slightly medicinal scent - admittedly the price is a little on the high end of the spectrum but as one tub lasts forever, I find I can somewhat justify it. You see not only does Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream soothe and heal cracked winter lips like no other (I'm taking instantaneous relief) but it can also be used on any broken skin anywhere on the body. Admittedly if you do plan on using elsewhere, it would be more economical to purchase a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream but at least you know if stuck in a jam you can rely on it. As a lesser known use, if shoes are rubbing I have been known to dab a little on the area of friction to prevent blisters and further irritation.
If you like the sound of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Nourishing Lip Balm - thick, healing, soothing and quick to work with continued lip relief throughout the course of wear but don't like the idea of a tub format? You may be pleased to learn that, the best selling lip balm also comes in perhaps more hygienic format Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Nourishing Lip Protectant - a stick type balm. Either way everyone needs to try Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream, people say it is overrated - I say it is underrated.

I love the Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream so I'm definitely going to try popping it on when shoes are rubbing, thanks for the tip! When it runs out though I'll probably go for the lip balm as it'll be a lot more portable.

I'd like to ask - does it include beeswax? I think that's an important ingredient because some people (like me) are allergic to beeswax so...

I'm a big fan of the 8 Hour Cream and since I use it pretty much for my lips only, I think I'll try this one next time. :)

I stand by the Lush Charity Pot... seems completely bonkers but I used it in a desperate no lip balm moment when they were so cracked they were bleeding, left it on over night and I woke up to them soft and smooth... its miracle stuff,,, even if it does taste a bit funky. lol oh and its £1... vs your £20.. I like cheap options...
