Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm

If like myself you try your hardest to not only travel light but also streamline your skin care routine you may be interested in a wonderful do it all balm that has over 100 uses (you can even use it to remove mascara) and contains a cocktail of super foods and vitamins to help ward of premature ageing as well as reducing existing lines. Oh now I have your attention...

Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm

I like to think of Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm as a souped up version of Elizabeth Arden's 8 Hour Cream - an apply everywhere, do it all balm that will quickly nourish, soothe and hydrate dry skin. The difference between the two products is of course the ingredients and the texture. I tend to only use the 8 Hour Cream on my lips as it is a rather thick balm that feels foreign on my skin - in my eyes the slightly sticky texture is great for the lips but a little suffocating elsewhere. Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm is a lighter, non-sticky balm concoction that feels perfectly normal on the skin - it doesn't tend to sit on the skin, rather it absorbs instantly and leaves the skin glowing which is always a nice after effect. This may be because once the Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm touches the warmth of your skin it melts into a silky oil making it light and fluid enough to be comfortable even around the eye area. Recently my skin has been rather dry so I have been using it on top of my moisturising cream each evening for an added hydration boost.

Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm

Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm is actually the original and classic Rodial multi purpose balm revamped. Rodial glam balm multi has been redesigned with High tech Alp Rose Stem Cells (highly resistant to UV rays and can preserve the skin) and 3D Hyaluronic Filling Spheres which have been added to increase cell vitality and quickly reduce the look of fine lines. I will be honest and say that the science element goes over my head but the general jist is that the mix of super-food oils and vitamins, within glam balm multi has been designed to "feed" the skin and in turn will restoring moisture (my dehydrated skin agrees), protects collagen and elastin levels within the skin (time will tell), helps increase cell vitality (if the glow element is anything to go by we are on to a winner) as well as nourishing and hydrating the skin which it does from the get go.

If you only take one skin care product on board your flight with you this summer let it be this one, you can find Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm via ASOS here (£35.50/40ml).
