Any polish that has me wearing it for two weeks on the trot has my vote.
In fact I got up extra early this morning just to ensure that I could capture a fresh manicure.
A nail blogger I am not so please excuse my stubby sausage fingers and enjoy the beautiful coral that is Nails Inc Gel Effect Polish in Kensington Passage...
I am by no means a huge fan of nail polish as a matter of fact I see painting my nails as more of a necessity than a joyous past time. Anything that can make my fat and oddly small hands seem that little more pleasing on the eye is a must. I loathe waiting on nail polish to dry, top and base coats pah and don't get me started on my nail polish chipping and yet in walked the Nails Inc Gel Effect Polish formula and changed everything. For the better may I add.
You see this is the one formula that could sway me away from professional gel manicures - the UV lamps used to set the polish have occupied my thoughts recently along with the dangers. Not only are the shades within the Nails Inc Gel Effect Polish line divine, I mean isn't Kensington Passage beautiful? A bright coral that has just enough of a red tinge to stop it seeming gaudy or dare I say it dated? Oh but the love affair doesn't stop there - this is a thick formula that coats the nails in one coat (I always apply two coats, mainly out of habit if nothing else), dries at a lightning fast pace and with the most glossy finish I have seen in a long while. One application can wear up to four days chip free on my nails which may not sound all that impressive but do keep in mind I am very hard on my nails and don't use a top/base coat. Several brands bleat on about being able to achieve a gel polish finish with no lamp required, well in my opinion Nails Inc Gel Effect Polish is the only one that lives up to expectations.
I am tempted to wave goodbye to the rest of my nail polish collection, save up and purchase one of every shade within the Nails Inc Gel Effect Polish range. It really is that good.
