Eucerin DermatoClean 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Fluid

There is a new Micellar Water on the block - Eucerin DermatoClean 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Fluid, a gentle non-rinse cleanser that can be used to remove make-up (even eye make-up), to re-freshen or as a toner. At £6 this could be the only Micellar Water you need...

I will openly admit that I seldom use Micellar Waters and do have a fairly strict cleansing routine but I do think they have their uses - be it on a flight, a quick cleanse before and after the gym or to remove the bulk of your make-up before thoroughly cleansing. I would rather soak a few cotton pads in the likes of Eucerin DermatoClean 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Fluid than use a facial wipe purely because I find cleansing waters much more gentle on my blemish prone skin. Enough of my rambling and justifications and more on what this cleanser does do!

Eucerin DermatoClean 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Fluid is extra mild so even the most sensitive of skins can use it without worry, it is free from alcohol, parabens, colour and fragrance. Is it the most effective cleanser I own? In a word no but it does remove the majority of my make-up with ease, doesn't skin my skin nor leave it feeling tight but rather it feels refreshing. I can honestly vouch that this does not sting my eyes nor do I need to rub to remove eye make-up but I do think the Eucerin DermatoClean 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Fluid would struggle with waterproof mascara truth be told. I personally like to use this as a toner due to it being so refereshing and dare I say it hydrating on the skin - it is one of the few cleansing waters I have used that doesn't leave my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable after use. I am even considering decanting a little in spray bottle as a refreshing facial mist! I also like to dip a cotton bud in a little of the fluid to neaten up any make-up mistakes.

As I said above I'm not the hugest advocate for Micellar Waters but all things considered I do prefer it to the ever raved about Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micellar Water and that is saying something!
