If you are lucky enough to be jetting off this coming May you may want to stop by the World Duty Free Store and test out an exclusive fragrance that will not hit the high street until mid-June - Hugo Boss Pour Femme Ma Vie. A sleek, slick, fragrance that will last you through Summer and beyond...
"Hugo Boss Pour Femme Ma Vie was inspired by the independent spirit of a woman as she pauses to indulge in the simple moments in life; a walk home at dawn, the sun on her skin, the touch of a flower. It is in these moments, when truly treasuring life, that the BOSS MA VIE Pour Femme woman is her most captivating, exuding a glow of femininity and confidence. Fresh, indulgent and fulfilling, the unique
perfume and ingredient composition invites you to take the time to really treasure and savour each moment."
Much like the previous Hugo Boss Pour Femme offerings Hugo Boss Pour Femme Ma Vie comes in a large, almost sky scraper style bottle. Admittedly it is a little on the bulky side for travel but otherwise I really like the design and the fact it has been tinted peach is pretty pleasing on the eye. As mentioned above this is a very sleek but feminine fragrance, I wouldn't say it was fruity nor would I say it is floral - fresh is perhaps the best term. Hugo Boss Pour Femme Ma Vie contains a top note of cactus bloom which is said to be modern, lively and bright in fragrance and truthfully I think that sums up the scent in one. The heart note is based on pink floral notes include rose but don't let that put you off as this is not a rose heavy scent in the slightest, the heart notes simply add softness and for lack of a better term femininity. At the base we have cedarwood for a little depth and of course to add longevity - it is in no way intense and I like that such a womanly scent has what most would deem a masculine note added to the mix.
Hugo Boss Pour Femme Ma Vie will launch at World Duty Free Stores this coming May 1st and will retail for £40-£52. If you are travelling I do recommend giving this a test as it truly is beautiful.
