The Daily Beauty Report (24.03.14)

The Daily Beauty Report (24.03.14)

Lots of new releases heading your way...

Our favourite (or at least mine) member of Modern Family Sofia Vergara is set to launch her own fragrance this Spring which includes key notes of Roses and Orchids. It is said that the bottle has been cut to reflect the cut of an emerald. Pretty cool huh? I have no shame in saying that I will be purchasing a bottle, she is my ultimate girl crush!

As of July Kate Upton will replace Katie Holmes as the officially celebrity face of the brand. Personally I think it is a nice step forward and look forward to seeing what is in store for the brand. I will admit that although I thought Katie Holmes was initially a bizarre choice I feel she did a great job and I grew to love her as the cover girl. Good luck Kate!

On April the 1st Urban Decay's Spring/Summer collection will hit the counters here in the UK and although I have been playing around with the new Urban Decay Electric Palette (review coming soon) I am far more intrigued by the Urban Decay Super-Saturated Ultra Intense Waterproof Cream Eyeliners. I'm hoping that they are rich and creamy so they can double up as cream eyeshadows, primers and bases. Lovely.

Speaking of April the 1st both the new NARS Matte Multiples and NARS Contour Blushes touch down in the UK but if you want to be one of the first to own a NARS Matte Multiple you can currently pre-order (some shades can be bought now and aren't on pre-order) via Space.NK. - link

There is a few Summer collections from Chanel this year and here is what you need to know - Chanel Les Beiges Collection 2014 contains two Chanel Healthy Glow tinted powders which will sell out almost immediately. The Chanel Reflets d’Été de Chanel Collection is vaster in size and features both new nail and Illusion D'Ombre Eyeshadows all of which are limited edition. Oh but that is not all there is also and rather oddly an orange mascara in the line up. Hmm.

Have a lovely evening everyone.
