Mothers day is only a few weeks away so you may be on the look out for a nice gift for your mother, grandmother or any special lady in your life. I can't help but feel any woman of Scottish ancestry would be more than happy to receive a few of the new soaps from The Scottish Fine Soaps Company. You of course don't have to be Scottish to enjoy the luxury soaps but I think we all enjoy something that reminds us of home?
Four new The Scottish Fine Soaps Company soaps in a tin have just launched each of which contain stellar ingredients to keep you hands in tip top condition - I can also see no reason why you couldn't use them to cleanse your body either? First up we have The Scottish Fine Soaps Company Soap in Cocoa Butter which smells unbelievable - a little like chocolate but softer. The soap itself contains a hefty dose of Cocoa Butter to nourish and soften the skin. Argan Oil is having a moment in the beauty world at the moment isn't it? So why not have a bar of Argan infused soap? Again the fragrance is out of this world - fresh and almost fruity and thanks to the added oil it will leave the skin feeling highly moisturised which is important as some soaps can be rather stripping. My personal favourite has to be the Olive Oil soap it again almost has a fruity scent that is always refreshing but as it features olive oil it leaves the hands feeling nourished each time you wash them. Lastly we have the Shea Butter soap which has a clean fragrance that somewhat reminds me of baby soap - this soap is a must for those with dry skin as it is the most moisturising out of the four and the one I would recommend for those with kids as it is so gentle.
I can write about The Scottish Fine Soaps Company and not mention the dinky little tins that each soap is presented within. In my mind they remind me of a by gone era - something that you would maybe have found in your great grandmothers home? The have a vintage feel and make displaying and storing hand soap that little easier. Not bad for just over £4 each!
