Jo Malone Red Roses Candle

Jo Malone Red Roses Candle

With Valentines Day just around the corner I imagine there will be rose scented products at every turn until the day is over. If you are swayed by the fragrant red blooms this year let the Jo Malone Red Roses candle be the one.

I went through a rose phase in which I had pretty much every rose product going - body mists, candles, body products and so on but like everything else I eventually grew tired of the dusky floral scent. That was until I received the Jo Malone Red Roses candle a few days ago - one whiff of this intense yet true to life fragrance and I was transported back to a happy sun soaked summer spent in Turkey and Bulgaria.

What sets this apart from your typical rose scent is the complexity of notes which include a blend of seven of the world's most exquisite roses blended with crushed violet leaves and a hint of lemon. It's fresh yet deep and not at all powdery like some dated rose offerings. I've only had this a few days but I can vouch that it fills the room with a realistic floral fragrance within minutes and lingers for a good for hours later after being snuffed out.

Send hits to your significant other now or heck treat yourself to this candle, it will be around a lot longer than a bunch of red roses that is for sure!
