Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream SPF25 Review

Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream SPF25

Now that I am in my mid twenties (gulp) I have taken quite the interest into anti ageing products - anything to hold back the hands of time is good by me and the easier the better!
My recent skin care addition Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream SPF25 which is a daily moisturiser that is free from all the nasties you can think of including : Parabens, Phthalates, Propylene Gycol, Mineral Oil, PABA, Petrolatum, Paraffin, DEA, Synthetic Colours, Synthetic Fragrance and Animal Ingredients.
Sound good? Well it is!

Firstly Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream SPF25 is quite a thick moisturiser but oddly light once applied to the skin, initially I was a little worried that it would be too intense for my oily skin but far from it.
Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream SPF25 not only hydrates my skin but also protects against sun damage as well as repairing the four signs of ageing. How you may wonder? Well each jar is packed with over 300,000 raspberry plant stem cells which is Origins secret weapon against the ravages of time.

At the moment I have been using this as my night cream and will give you one piece of advice - as Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream SPF25 is a mineral based face product do give in ten minutes of so to fully soak in before applying make-up other wise you base may slip off. Since beginning to trial this daily moisturiser over a month ago I have noticed that my skin looks plumper and although I have no visible signs of ageing yet I do feel better knowing that I am warding the ageing process off. You know the age old saying prevention is better than a cure and I will be checking out the oil free version as a day cream, who know perhaps the killer combo will keep me forever young?

  2. So is this particular product not oil free? I have oily skin too so always try to go for oil free products. Also I wondered if you knew if there is a difference between oil free and mineral free and if so what is the difference?

    Thanks

    1. Hi :) no this one is not oil free but it is mineral oil free. The oil free version is best if you have oily skin, this one is a little heavier. Oil free means the product is free from any oil based product and mineral free means it has no mineral based compounds...rather confusing but yes two different things :) x

  11. Though it is an oil based cream, it might work wonders for women who do not have a completely oily skin. I really appreciate the presentation by the writer communicating from the companies end. She is so frank and accurate with what she says. The way she has answered queries of the probable customers makes me reconsider my belief that online promotion is just about trapping visitors. Appreciating task and ya!! this is the way you build loyalty in the heart of the consumers.
