to begin with there will be three shades : Royal Blue, Purple Aura and Dazzling Black
but as the two colourful shades are limited edition you will have to be quick before they sell out
in lightening speed much like every new launch by SleekMakeUp.
Packaged within sleek (no pun intended) pen style packaging that reminds me of NARS's liquid liners
is a super fine yet sturdy tipped felt applicator which really is a dream to use, it is super sturdy
allowing for even the shakiest and unskilled person *cough cough me* to apply a wonderful straight
and precise line.
As mentioned the tip is fine but by varying the pressure and angle you can vary the width of the strokes
without worry of loosing control and precision.
I don't often sing the praises of liquid liners I'm more of a gel liner type of gal but this formula truly does deserve a gushing statement or two as for once the press release really isn't over selling the product.
My only niggle is that SleekMakeUp claim that the formula should settle to a glossy finish when in fact
it dries to a flat matte finish, I don't personally have a problem with that but felt it should be pointed out.
That aside my gosh do these liners wear exceptionally well, they don't run, flake or smudge instead they stay on place without fading all day until you remove them, i'm talking 12 hours of continuous wear and then some!
What I like best is that all three shades are very easy to wear and despite being technically colourful
and not bog standard typical everyday choices like black and brown yet are still muted.
Royal Blue is a deep navy that teeters on being nearly black and perfect for blue/grey eyes, Purple Aura is a deep purple that is not in anyway shocking and my choice for green and brown eyes and of course Dazzling Black is a true black.
At £5.99 each you owe yourself it to try at least one shade!
