If you had told me a few months ago that I would have been smearing jelly all over my face
and enjoying it (there is probably some odd fetish site for this but rest assure I am not on there...I hope),
I'd have laughed in your face, I'm polite like that.
However along came Astalift Jelly Aquarysta and has changed how I view skin care forever!
"This revolutionary skincare formula targets the visible signs of premature ageing: dark spots, lines and dull skin, delivering visibly younger, more luminous and ‘replumped’ skin. The unique red jelly contains the smallest of micro particles that penetrate the skin immediately and deliver active ingredients deep into skin cells. This patented innovation combines a marine alga rich in Astaxanthin – a powerful natural antioxidant – with three specific types of collagen to improve skin’s moisture levels, firmness and elasticity. Ceramides restore the skin’s natural barrier while emollients provide optimal hydration. Collagens and hydrolyzed lupin peptides help stimulate the production of elastin fibers to make the skin firmer and smoother. This breakthrough anti-ageing phenomenon is the number one premium skincare product in Japan. Results are remarkable. 86% of women found their skin more luminous after just 10 days."
Did you read the above description? Me neither.
Basically Astalift Jelly Aquarysta is a red/orange toned jelly formula that melts as soon as it comes
within contact of skin heat and changes to a light, liquid serum texture.
The idea is that Astalift Jelly Aquarysta contains the teeniest, tiny micro particles which penetrate
the skin deeper than other products can and teamed with natural antioxidants and collgen not only
does it hydrate but it also plumps and improves the skin texture - smoother and firmer.
All that science is great if that is your thing but I'm sure the burning question is does it do anything?
Yes it really does, I may not have lines or wrinkles yet but I do live in fear of them so slicking this on
not only calms my raging fears but it brightens my skin which has been dull as of late
and has began to fade some annoying acne scars which I did not predict would happen.
I can't vouch for the plumped effect but it does a great job of brightening, hydrating
and as mentioned it has faded some irritating scar marks so all in all it gets a thumbs up from me.
