W7 have recently launched a few sprinkle style nail polishes which aim to give Nails Inc Sprinkles
nail polishes a run for their money, admittedly the shade choices aren't as pretty as those by Nails Inc
but given that they cost under £3 each they are pretty cute and a great budget choice!
To the best of my knowledge there is three shades in the collective - Lava Flow, Salt n Pepper
and Mosaic. I do hope other shades will join the line up, I have hopes for a red and/or a peach shade.
As the glitters are suspended within a semi-opaque base they do have a slightly more grown up vibe
and are less dazzling than your standard glitter polish.
The semi-opaque base does make it appear that there is more shades of glitter in each shade than there actually is which is pretty funky.
The Pros - great price, cheap, cheerful and some what dupes of an expensive fad.
The Con's - the more coats you apply the less appeal the polish has, the brush is poor.
Lava Flow -A white/blue (it looks lavender on my nails) milky base with red and black glitter.
This is my least favourite in terms of colour selection, it does require three coats on it's own
or one over a similar toned opaque nail polish.
Salt n Pepper - This is similar to Lava Flow only it lacks the red flecks and the base is less blue toned.
This applied exactly like Lava Flow, three coats on it's own or one over a similar toned polish.
Mosaic - A bright aqua blue base with flecks of deep blue and gold glitter.
This is a pretty decent dupe for Nails Inc Pudding Lane only without the hefty price tag.
By far my favourite of the trio and this only requires two coats for an opaque finish
or one if worn over a similar in tone opaque polish.
So what do you make of these kind of polishes?
I bought my polishes from Amazon for £2.75 each (that includes P&P) using this seller - link
Nail Polish Disclaimer - I no longer comment on the wear time as we all apply polishes differently (top/base coats etc) and as I change my polish almost daily sometimes several times a day due to swatching purposes I do not feel that I can fairly comment on wear time.
I really like the first and last!

The Mosaic one looks lush! Lava Flows quite pretty too, shame it takes 3 coats to get opaque x

I'd been lusting after some polishes like this since your first post but wasn't up for spending that much, have added these to my Amazon wishlist, but will probably buy them later in all honesty!

thats so bizzare, its like a muted glitter nail polish. I'm not too sure how I feel about these. I think the blue one is by far the prettiest. I have never seen these before, thanks for showing me :)
