Recently New Look collaborated with Giles Deacon to produce a beauty line for their stores.
The collection is quite vast with over 50 products on offer and in my opinion the entire range is
budget friendly with the most expensive item retailing at £5.99 - the nail wraps.
As I have quite an array of products from the range to share I will be adopting a mini review style
so to not bog everyone down with mountains of text!

The Good
The texture of these eyeshadows are butter soft and silky to the touch.
They blend with such ease and have incredible pigmentation - which I did not expect.
For £3.99 you get 4 shades that co-ordinate and the size of each pan is fairly generous,
I liken them to the size of a 10 pence piece so easy to get most eye brushes into!
Good value for money with each shade working out to be less than £1 each.

The Bad
The shades are a little chalky when swatched but once blended out that disappears.
I also found that with the shades being so soft they do suffer a little fall out
and have the potential to shatter so be careful when taking out and about.
The packaging is a little cheap and flimsy feeling but I have seen worse and feel it is somewhat justified
by the price point - most budget make-up has similar style plastic casing so not a big deal.

The Indifferent
The shades are not for me, with the purple toned taupe shade aside
but that is purely personal taste and admittedly the shades are very seasonally appropriate.
On my oily lids the shades did crease after 2 hours without primer but again that is a personal problem,
when primed I found the shades to wear for around 6 hours.

Product Summary
Round Up - A quad of pretty purple shades that are butter soft and well pigmented.
Best For - In terms of shades I'd say those that like such hues but this would be very pretty on brown eyes.
Pigmentation - (8/10) A little chalky but the pigment is there.
Availability - Selected New Look Stores or via their web store - link, £3.99
