are targeted at wrinkles/ageing now I have no problem with people requiring such things
but what about us in our early twenties who don't need anti-ageing products?
My eye area is okay, by this I mean it doesn't really have any signs of ageing
despite the fact I used to use and abuse the tanning beds (very naughty)
and never had any sort of skin care routine until last year.
That being said my eye area can be quite dry and I am prone to dark circles and puffiness
due to a massive lack of sleep..yawn!
So when I read what Clinique All About Eyes Serum promises I simply had to test it!
Clinique All About Eyes Serum comes housed in a tube with a metal roller ball applicator
so when you apply it instantly cools the skin and gently massages.
When you have had a long day let me tell you it feels like heaven!
The solution in the tube is very light and liquid like which instantly absorbs into the skin.
Clinique claims that it "Instantly cools, brightens. Combats puffiness, dark circles".
I can't say I have noticed much of a reduction in terms of the dark circles
but mine are fairly stubborn and do require a dose of industrial concealer to hide those bad boys
but it definitely cools, hydrates and reduces any puffiness which is more than enough for me.
I really enjoy applying this and messaging the roller ball over my skin,
it feels so soothing that it is like a treat and something I look forward too.
The great thing about this product is that it can be used in conjunction with other eye products
should you so need it to!
All in all a lovely treat that is the prefect aide to dry, tired eyes.
Clinique All About Eyes Serum £20 is available from all Clinique counters
and via Clinique's web store - link
Oh I want to try this! I love rollerballs for under the eyes, it may be only a gimmick but they do feel cooling on the skin. My best friend swears by the Garnier roll-on in the green packaging!
ReplyDeleteI agree the roller ball aspect is so cooling :) I tried that about a year ago and it stung my eyes sadly :(
DeleteSo true about so many eye products being targeted for older women with wrinkles
ReplyDeleteI am having a Mac Lipstick give away, chose the colour of your choice :o)

haha glad i'm not the only one who noticed that :)
DeleteI have the cream All About Eyes for dry skin, its in a little pot but I think I'd prefer a roller ball like this. I can imagine it to be so refreshing, especially if it's been kept cool too!xxx
ReplyDeleteI have that too and it is great :) ah the roller ball is just amazing I can't wait to use it in the summer :)
DeleteI recently got some clinque eye cream as part of an offer and so far ive been very impressed with it. This product reminds me a lot of the garnier roll on concealer!...but without the concealer bit obv! Looks like a nifty little product. I am 22 and convinced ive got a few little wrinkles...grim.

Yes very similar only it doesn't have the concealer as you mentioned :)
Deleteohh shh I'm sure your eyes are wrinkle free it's just us girls worry too much haha :)
I have realy bad dark circles also, and I use the Clinique All About Eyes Rich in the little pot. What concealer works best for you with your dark circles?
ReplyDeleteI know the one you mean :) I have that too. I use Mac Studio Sculpt concealer the trick is to use an NW shade as it hides the blue tones :)
DeleteIt seems to be great :)
ReplyDeleteI use the garnier one and it's enough for me as I got nearly no dark circles and rarely get any puffiness.. though it is always nice to give your eyes a treat!

you are so lucky! Yes you are right everyone deserves a treat :)
DeleteHow do you think this would fare on oily eyes? I tend to get puffiness (>> I'm very emotional) and dark circles. I have quite a bit of sagging. ...haha. It sounds like i'm asking you for a consultation.
ReplyDeleteI have a very small size of this and I absolutely love it xx The roller ball has a fantastic cooling effect xx
ReplyDeletedo you like this or the body shop eye cream better?xx
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know if a corn product is used in this? It's in everything, even your Ibuprophen/Tylenol, vitamins. Magnesium stearate, cellulose and Vit.C are a few of the hidden corn products on labels.
