The Eylure x Fleur de Force Brow Define Pencils remind me of a souped up version of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencils: slim - both in terms of the physical packaging and of course the micro fine pencil nib, natural in shade variety, with a great waxy-like texture. The main difference? Never again will you have to decide - or guess for that matter - what shade will best suit your needs. Each Eylure x Fleur de Force Brow Define Pencil features two colour options: one light and one deep within a similar shade family: light, medium and dark for the record.
The great thing about having two brow shades to hand at any given time is that you can:
A, easily create a diffused brow by using the lightest shade at the head of the brow, and following up with the darker option at the tail.
B, use the lighter shade for day use and switch to the deeper shade come night fall.
C, in the same vain have a summer and winter shade.
However you use the two shades there is no denying that in this instance, two is most definitely better than one.
Left to right - light, medium and dark swatches.
As I've earlier stated, the Eylure x Fleur de Force Brow Define Pencils do have a lot in common with the ever famous Brow Wiz, and are fairly comparable in terms of formulation: firm yet easy to apply, effortless to blend out, waxy so that it is long wearing, great colour saturation in natural tones and due to the super fine nib, precise application is a breeze.
The only downside if you can call it that? You will have to source your own spoolie to blend out the product but let's face it, given how well the Eylure x Fleur de Force Brow Define Pencils measure up against pricier counterparts, this is no big sacrifice.
At £12 you will struggle tofind anything as verstatile, compact and of course as affordable on the UK highstreet. You owe it to yourself and your brows to try at least one shade out for yourself.
