Charlotte Tilbury is Queen of the make-up wardrobe, with no less than 11 pre-made looks, that are both easy to use and wear, as well as being entirely universal and inclusive. Especially created with the festive period in mind (a fact you need to ignore, as it isn't at all relevant to the contents inside the jazzy presentation box), Charlotte Tilbury launched the Dreamy Look in a Clutch Kit which offers a glamorous yet understated, complete look, in as little as five quick steps.
As I've mentioned above you should look entirely past the speciality packaging - yes the novelty, clutch-style box was implemented to ensure that if the Charlotte Tilbury Dreamy Look in a Clutch Kit was gifted around the festive period, it would indeed be a little more special than normal. The Charlotte Tilbury Dreamy Look in a Clutch Kit is currently the only way you can lay your hands on the new, limited edition and now sold out (as an individual product) Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette in Legendary Muse. If you enjoy warm, neutral eyeshadows - and who doesn't? - with a splash of rose gold, this is the one palette you will not want to miss out on. As with all Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palettes you have a medley of formulations and textures: from delicate shimmer enriched shades to a show-stopping yet refined, glitter packed old-gold hue. The good news is that despite four brand new shade options, you will be pleased to know that the overall eyeshadow formula remains tried and tested - soft, well pigmented and long wearing, not to mention entirely flattering.
Why have one, limited edition product when you can have two? The second limited edition offering comes in the form of a Charlotte Tilbury Mini Legendary Lip Liner in Bitten Kiss - a muted nude-pink that works well both as a stand alone lip colour, or partnered with most medium nude and pink lip products. Truthfully there are not many - if any - Charlotte Tilbury products that haven't impressed me but I do feel that the brand excel in terms of lip products; each and every lip liner shade by the Tilbury dynasty that I have tested has been nothing less than slick-on-creamy, comfortable, non-drying and beyond long wearing. Sure they are a little pricier than most high-street options but they do happen to be one of the few luxury beauty products, I deem to be truly worth the investment. If you would rather own a full sized Charlotte Tilbury Lip Liner, the shade Pillow Talk is a very close dupe to Bitten Kiss.
The other beauty products that complete the Charlotte Tilbury Dreamy Look in a Clutch Kit may not be limited edition but they are just as fabulous none the less. To further define, your eyes there is both the Charlotte Tilbury Mini Legendary Lashes Mascara - perfect for adding both volume and length, and the Charlotte Tilbury Mini Legendary Eye Liner in Bedroom Black - a super pigmented, glide on pencil that neither smudges nor smears, regardless of skin and/or weather conditions. I do want to mention that despite, being dubbed mini in size the smaller products are fairly deluxe in proportions and will last a good few months, even if used continuously.
Lastly we have the Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick in Secret Salma which I do think is a classic in the making; this rich and deeper than average, cool toned rosy-nude suits just about every complexion and occasion. Despite being entirely matte in finish, Secret Salma is not at all drying nor prone to bleeding nor feathering throughout the course of wear. If you purchase one new lipstick in the coming months let it be this, I can all but assure you it will quickly become your everyday go-to shade.
Oh and that cool, plastic-looking lipstick you see neatly nestled in the above photos? A novelty and frankly beautiful USB pen that is pre-loaded, with a step-by-step video guide that shows you how to make the most of the Charlotte Tilbury Dreamy Look in a Clutch Kit - it is the next best thing to having your very own make-up artist at your disposal. You can also of course, use the lipstick shaped USB pen for all your storage needs and be the envy of your classroom and/or workplace.
If you are short for time, or simply enjoy zero fuss make-up looks, I can not recommend investing in any of the Charlotte Tilbury Looks enough - pricey yes but an investment in both yourself and your make-up kit.
