Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum Review

Yes I am the type of person that will gleefully match their fragrance to the city they are visiting - I have no shame and why not create a few memories, whilst trekking around a new and undiscovered city. Being one of the world's most dynamic cities there are of course several scents that use the city that never sleeps as an inspiration but very few capture the buzz and spirit of New York - in fact some are a little lazy and go with the obvious note of apple. Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum may not be the first choice for a city slicker or visitor to New York but it is one that any one who loves or dreams of New York needs to try out.

Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum Review

When I was first greeted with the slightly bold and dare I say eccentric packaging of Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum, I wasn't all that enamoured but after walking the streets of New York as an adult it all makes sense - the mis-matching, bright prints beautifully encapsulates not only the street art found on just about every corner but the diversity of the city and it's inhabitants too. Before we go any further I should really mention that I have never seen Sex in the City - I was too young when it initially launched and I've never really gave it a second thought since - so any Carrie references this bottle may be blantaly making is lost on me. Sorry.

As I've only ever experienced New York in the warm months of Summer I can't quite comment on how well, or true to New York, Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum would be come the chilly weather but for sun soaked days I can think of nothing more delightful. The packaging may hint at a deep, seductive and perhaps musky scent when it reality Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum is a light, airy, fruity floral with notes of notes of gardenia, honeysuckle, wild red strawberries, Italian mandarin and white osmanthus, and a hint of rum, mingled with the sensual undertones of sandalwood and musk. It smells like nothing else I own or have encountered thus far - yes the packaging may be a little garish but look beyond it, I promise Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Eau de Parfum is not one to be missed.
