John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer

Summer is just around the corner and frankly I am ill prepared. Forget the gym and my wobbly areas (lord knows I have), my biggest concern is hair frizz - I have the type of wavy-come-thick hair that turns into a ball of unmanageable frizz and tangles at the first sign of humidity. I've tried just about everything in the past - from top knots, salt sprays and hats but very little could contain the wildness that is my hair, well until John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer.

John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer

I have very little to say about the packaging - it is a purple bottle, that's it, truthfully it doesn't need to be anything else. You see unlike traditional frizz resolving products you use John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer as a pre-treatment before shampooing: you apply to dry hair, allow to fully saturate for 10 minutes and then wash out - it truly could not be any easier. As an added bonus it does not have a typically pungent or dare I say sulphur like fragrance, nor does it drip or generally leave a trail of destruction in its wake - or at the very least a cold trail down your back. My only gripe and nugget of advice come application, is that more is more; to really reap the benefits of John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer you do have to all but drench your hair, which can be costly when you have long and thick hair. For reference I needed three bottles and as such I will be reserving this treatment for hotter climes than Glasgow - then again not everyone has butt length hair now do they?

John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer

John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer does not require any heat to activate but I find that if I take the time to blow dry my hair, section by section after the first wash it seems to lock in whatever active chemical ingredient and amplify the results. Speaking of which, not only does the John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer leave my hair beyond soft but it acts as a humidity umbrella - it doesn't matter how balmy the conditions, if it rains or if I happen to visit the gym, my hair is constantly frizz free not to mention super shiny for up to 10 washes. Yes John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer do state that the John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer will only last for up to 10 days but I think that this is selling the product short. In my experience the John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer lasts for around 10 washes, should you wash your hair daily then yes the benefits will be shorter lived but if you wash your hair every second day, one application of John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer should keep you frizz free for nearly a month.

If you want sleek, soft and more importantly frizz free locks before jetting off somewhere warm in the coming weeks or simply want a Summer of great hair, minus the hefty salon price tag or damage, John Frieda Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer is your go to product.
