I'm not one to sit on the fence when it comes to beauty products, I either love it or hate it. I am however hesitant to come outright and deem anything to be my all time favourite. Why? I'm both fickle and optimistic; I live in hope that there's always something better around the corner, y'know? I will however bite the bullet and say that the Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Masks are something else. So good, that I have began slipping the odd sachet into friends and family members on-flight bags and demanding that they try them out - admittedly my stash is now dwindling but some things just need to be shared.
If you have yet to try a sheet mask, where have you been? I'm of course jesting but do treat yourself to a pack or two in the near future and enjoy the instant skin (and maybe even mood) pick-me-up. As a matter of a fact there is no quicker way to plump, hydrate and in some instances treat the complexion, with next to no mess nor fuss and on a budget too. In a nutshell, a sheet mask is just that - a face shaped mask that is constructed from a lightweight fibre material. To use a sheet mask, you simply slap it on to clean skin, sit back and enjoy - it truly couldn't be easier and as they are pre-packed and require no rinsing afterwards they are the perfect travel companion. If you embrace one skincare trend this year, let it be sheet masks.
So why Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Masks over all else? Well nothing I have tried - well as far as sheet masks go - work nearly as well, nor instantaneously quite like this range. If I am entirely honest, out of the three variations I have tried: Mango, Blueberry and Pomegranate (there are 7 options in total), there is next to no formulation difference, the only separating factor is the fragrance. If you find yourself on eBay - because that's still the most affordable way to purchase Holika Holika products - debating which Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Masks to go for, add the scent that appeals the most to you; my personal favourite is Mango because really how can you go wrong with Mango scented anything?
The beauty of the Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Masks is that they are so much more lighter than other sheet masks out there, both in fabric and of course the ultra-hydrating serum (great for all skin types including ultra dry and oily complexions) that they are drenched in. Think of this range of masks as your door to instant hydration - plumper skin that looks radiant, feels soft to the touch and all for the price of a take-away coffee.
Will the Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Masks rewind the hands of time? No but they will help you fake a bright and perky complexion, when in reality you have survived on four hours of sleep, can you really ask for more?
You can find a pack of three Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Masks via eBay for £2.53 - link.

Thank you for this post! I have just purchased the mango, I wish the Tea tree was in stock but I'll be on the look out. What a sucker lol
ReplyDeleteI've only tried a handful of sheet masks, but from what I've tried, I love them! Though, my daughter always giggles when she sees one on me and pretends I'm a ghost. Haha!
ReplyDeleteHave you used one on a flight before? I'm not sure, I think I would be a little too self conscious!
According to Mimi
I think I've only ever tried one sheet mask before, ages ago but I'm keen to try them again. These ones look like they would smell amazing and you can't beat a bit of eBay x

ReplyDeleteHello -- I'm blogger myself and always looking to build community with other bloggers. I blog about art/lifestyle mostly but I love reading all sorts of blogs. I was searching for fashion and beauty blogs with good design/the best layouts. I'm hopeful because I actually found a blog I'm going to subscribe to. I've fallen way out of the blogosphere and sometimes I wonder if all bloggers these days are bots or advertisements.
Anyway, do you have any sort of advice for bloggers trying to get back into the game and gain readers? I know you've got a lot going on here and are probably very busy keeping it up (I don't blog nearly often enough.. ugh). I'd love to open some communication with you and possibly discuss? I know this is odd but I'm studying the law of attraction as well and I've realized how to get where I want to be is good to talk to someone who is successful in this area and has relevant advice or friendly communication about it! I'm also very open to having coffee or tea and travel a lot for business (I'm also an artist and designer).
I've also heard of these new sorts of opportunities for promoting your content or work like sites that offer perks for social media status, blog listings like bloglovin and millions of other, as well as sites where you can actually earn money and promotional opportunities by having good content like Advowire (https://advowire.com//users/profile/new?referral_code=AW36707). What do you think of these sorts of sites and do you use them for your social media to promote content or earn more?
So it's very nice to meet you, yes this is long and I apologize. Hope to hear from you. Thank you for reading. <3
Sounds like amazing masks! I use sheet masks daily and always looking for new ones to try out. I will make sure to check these out. <3
ReplyDeleteOoo these sound really good! I do finally need to get myself some sheet masks, I don't have any at the moment and I miss having them. :(
