You Need O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Lacquer in Your Life

O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Envy Nail Lacquer

For months and I mean months, I have been on the look out for a perfect nude nail polish, not just any old nude polish, oh no. The shade I had in mind was the result of a late nights scroll of Pinterest and as such, it has all I have been able to think about (well as far as nail polish goes anyway) and as any desperate person would, I took my plight over to social media. Apparently the one nail polish I need, and have been missing on is O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Envy Nail Lacquer  - a pale, milky-pink-come-nude, glossy hue that is ideal for everyday wear. Yep you are going to want to try this...

As far as nail polishes go O.P.I are not the most affordable, so I do tend to reserve any O.P.I purchase for special launches, or of course a shade in which I know I'll wear just about everyday. Enter O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Lacquer, a washed out, pastel pink nude that is oddly flattering both on the fingernails and toenails (particularly on light to medium skin toes), and is ideal for those who can not wear bold nail polish to work. O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Lacquer is the perfect choice for groomed, manicure perfect nails and all with minimal effort - well if you don't consider applying nail polish laborious that is.

I will admit that O.P.I polishes can be a little hit and miss, then again what nail brand isn't? Along with being a beautiful, natural nude shade I have found O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Lacquer coupled with O.P.I Nail Envy;not only can you create super polished nails but also protect them in one quick step. Genius. The shade itself does run a little on the sheer side, and as such requires around three coats to become fully opaque, luckily each coat dries quickly so it is not a lengthy process. Now admittedly this is a new addition to my stash, so I haven't worn this polish longer than a week, however I can report that it did take four days for me to notice any chipping or general signs of wear.

I'm sure there are similar shades to O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Envy Nail Lacquer  out there - maybe Essie Ballet Slippers, Chanel Secret et al but truthfully they lack that extra little something, that something I can't quite put my finger on. This is the nude polish so many of us have been waiting for.

O.P.I Bubble Bath Nail Envy Nail Lacquer £8.69 via eBay - link.

  4. I've loved this shade for so long, I'm not surprised to see you love it too! It is just the perfect pink nude. I also use three coats for an opaque finish, although once the nail polish starts getting a bit older and there's less of it in the bottle, it'll be a little thicker and two coats will do haha - at least that's what it does for me now!
Funnily enough, I put Bubble Bath in my favourites in a blog post last week. Yours must have a new formula though so it is probably even better than my old bottle! :)

  6. My mom bought this at the start of the year, and it is absolutely gorgeous! I've worn it a few times after borrowing it from her, and I really do like it! :D

The only thing I didn't like however was how it chipped after one day. >.<
