Nuxe is one of my go-to brands whenever I need deep nourishment and a touch of luxury for my skin, hair and lips; from silky use everywhere oils, to the overnight lip treatment you've probably heard just about every beauty junkie rave about - there is a Nuxe product for everyone and every need. With that in mind, I have three must-try-come-classic Nuxe products that you simply have to try out for yourself.
Let's begin with one of Nuxe's most affordable and yet iconic products shall we, Nuxe Reve de Miel Honey Lip Balm (£9.50)? Is this my everyday lip balm? Nope but whenever I need a deeply conditioning and quick to work lip product, this is the balm I turn to. Now admittedly the texture of Nuxe Reve de Miel Honey Lip Balm does take a little getting used to: it is thick, slightly gritty and weirdly kinda silken - not at all usual for a lip balm. Due to the slightly thicker and dare I say unusual texture, I do reserve Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm for evening use - a quick slick before I pop off to bed and I awaken the next day with silky soft lips. As an added bonus, the Nuxe lip balm range has an almost lemon curd fragrance that is utterly delightful.
There are very few products harder working than Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Dry Oil (£17) - this dry oil can quite literally be used anywhere on the body and smells incredible. Despite being an oil this is not at all greasy, nor sticky and is quick to dry - simply mist or dab on any dry area of the body including the face and of course hair and allow it to work its magic. Believe it or not, Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Dry Oil is actually 97.8% of natural formulation and is enriched with vitamin E, as well as six precious plant oils: Macadamia, Hazelnut, Borage, Sweet Almond, Camellia and St. John's Wort, not to be mention it is free of silicone and mineral oils. It quickly hydrates the face and body, repairs hair and leaves the skin glowing - this is probably the only body oil you'll ever need.
Nuxe Crème Mains Et Ongles Hand and Nail Cream (£11) could perhaps best be described as a manicure in a bottle. The thick and deeply moisturising hand cream of course hydrates and gently cocoons the skin, with a non-greasy cocoon of moisture but it goes a step further than your typical hand cream. Hydration is provided by Chilean rose, avocado and sweet almond precious oils, coupled with acacia honey, helps to repair the skin in one quick step. If that is not enough, Nuxe Hand & Nail Cream also strengthens your nails and to some degree softens your cuticles - if that doesn't have you sold on hand cream, I'm not sure much else will.
At the moment, you can find all three, full-sized products within the Nuxe Best Sellers Gift Set - this of course is a great way to try all three products at a discounted price (save £17.50), or simply stock up on your favourite beauty items.
I've never heard of this brand but I would love to see if they sell products in the US. Their products sound amazing and I would love to try.

I've seen this brand around but I can't pinpoint exactly where. I'll have to do some research to see if I can try this brand out here in Canada. Thanks for the review!

I ADORE the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Dry Oil, have you tried the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse OR which has a bronze shimmer to it?

Nuxe is such a good brand, I'm surprised people don't talk about it more! The Huile Prodigieuse literally is the only oil I use, both for hair and body. If you like the smell, then you should check out the fragrance - their signature scent is a little bit cheaper than regular brands fragrances and would be perfect as a summer scent. I love the lip balm too, but I use it even during the day - a thin layer works well even with lipsticks I think.
ReplyDeleteI am yet to try their hand cream, but you've made me want to get it now!

These three products are definitely Nuxe staples and a great entry point if you haven't tried the brand before. I particularly love the Dry Oil. I keep it by my bedside table and it just adds a little of luxury without that whooping price tag! Love this brand xx
