Dark circles are a nightmare aren't they? Concealers and many an eye cream promise to remedy the problem but many fall flat at the first hurdle. If like myself you do suffer from purple tinged rings around your eye area, and don't enjoy products with a heavy texture then I have the solution for you. Don't be fooled by the cuter than cute packaging of Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base - this novelty product packs a mighty wallop.
A quick squee over the packaging and we shall move on - I mean who could resist a cute, chunky little Panda shaped product? Not me and despite being a little on the stout side, Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base surprisingly is travel friendly. The chubby, little animal shaped tube will comfortably slots into most handbags and of course as it features plastic casing it will travel well too. All of that is of course outshone by the fact that Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base is a pretty amazing product.
At first I was a little bewildered by Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base; is it a concealer, is it a moisturiser, is it an eye product base? As it goes it is a little of everything, this cooling non-greasy yet hydrating balm glides onto the skin injecting a quick does of moisture - it does have a slightly silicone like texture that fills and optically blurs fine lines. I also find that the silicones help to grip onto any make-up applied on top too. As you can hopefully see, Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base is stark white in tone, something I was initially wary of but I can assure you that the white cast all but disappears once blended into the skin. The white tone acts to gently brighten, even out the under eye and oddly does a stellar job of reducing the visible appearance of dark circles - all with a natural, no make-up look and injecting a little comfort-come-moisture too. Oh and it costs less than £5. You need this.
