Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum

Really is there a better time for a rose based fragrance than the lead up to Valentine's Day? Forget a bunch of long stemmed roses and drop hints towards a glittering, show-stopping bottle of Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum. Let's face it, such bottle will last much longer than a wilted vase of red roses and given the current mark up for such type of flower at this time of the year, probably cost around the same - oh I went there.

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum is truly one of the most glitzy and beautiful fragrance bottles I have seen in a long while - a pink and gold ombre glitter glass bottle, topped with a large crystal topper, a huge pink bow and completed with a dinky champagne trinket. Like a human Magpie, I find myself glancing at this bottle more than I really should, if it wasn't so heavy I'd most likely lug it around daily and demand that strangers pay it attention/compliments - perhaps for the best that I have no upper body strength huh?

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum

Gloriously gorgeous bottle aside, Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum is a truly addictive scent. Imagine all the finer things in life such as Champagne and Roses combined in one easy to wear fragrance, complete with a fruity kick and you won't go far wrong. Top notes include: Italian Mandarin, William Pear, Jasmine Petals, at the heart there is Rose Centifolia , White Peony, Jasmine and Sambac. Lastly to take the edge of the bright, fruity notes there is a soft, creamy combination of Amber, Orris Absolu and Bezoin.
Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum does remain true to the Viva La Juicy franchise in that it is somewhat a fruity floral, however this edition is by far softer, more and more sensual. Yes this is a rose fragrance but one sparkling all without the typical powdery note, this is the modern take on rose fragrances so many have been waiting for.

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Rose Eau de Parfum £37 - £69 via Debenhams - link.

  2. I have been DYING - and I mean DYINGGGG to get my hands on this perfume! haha! <3 The original Viva La Juicy perfume is my favourite perfume of all times because my boyfriend and I first met years ago when I was wearing that perfume religiously everyday. Over the years I have become more attracted to the scent of roses (mainly due to my love for the rose scented Jo Malone and Diptyque candles) and the Viva La Juicy Rose sounds like the perfect merge between the two <3 Oh and that bottle!! Everyone can use a little (or a lot hehe) sparkle in their lives :D xx
