Each year I purchase at least one of the large and often limited edition Yankee Jar Candle (this year I plan on snapping up Yankee Berry Trifle and Cosy by the Fire) but there is so much more to the festive launches, than just jar candles. For instance did you know that Yankee Candle also offer a beautiful cracker filled with mini candles or a keepsake bauble to hang on the tree? No me neither but after one late night shop, I have become a little more acquainted with the less than typical Yankee festive offerings, let me share a few of my favourite sets.
Yankee Five Votive Cracker Gift Set £9.99 - link
This year novelty crackers seem to be very much the en vogue thing for a brand to do; not that I am complaining as typically speaking they do seem to be great value for money and a wonderful, little extra festive touch to any dining table. Not only is the Yankee Five Votive Cracker Gift set well presented but it contains five, mini candles in the following scents: Cinnamon Stick, Candy Cane Lane, Christmas Garland, Christmas Eve and Christmas Cookie - the perfect array of Winter scents that should suit all tastes. I personally think this would be a great secret Santa gift as it is fairly universal and will certainly be appreciated with the long, Winter nights ahead.
Yankee 2015 Keepsake Bauble £7.99 - link
Perhaps you have had a great year, maybe moved home or had a baby and want a less than traditional way to forever remember the last twelve months? Yankee Candle offer the perfect solution with their metal, keepsake bauble; a hollow, mental tin that neatly houses three, full sized Yankee Wax Tarts in the following scents: Angel's Wings, Berry Trifle and Christmas Garland. I rather like that you can use the wax tarts and no-one would be any the wiser and of course that the fragrances are perfectly suited to the season too.
Yankee Twelve Melts Tube Gift Set £15.99 - link
Lastly and perhaps my favourite gift idea of the bunch, has to be the Yankee Twelve Melts Tube Gift Set, which of course contains 12 full sized Yankee Wax Tarts. Admittedly I purchased this from Boots (it is part of the 3 for 2 gift offer) rather than Yankee Candle but you can find the exact same kit via Yankee in a prettier and generally more festive tin. Inside the Yankee Twelve Melts Tube Gift Set you will find the following fragrances: Season of Peace, Angel's Wings, Snow in Love, Christmas Cookie, Spiced Orange, Cinnamon Stick, Christmas Memories, Candy Cane Lane, Cranberry Pear, Snowflake Cookie, Icicles and Christmas Garland. As they are wax tarts you can burn each scent individually or of course combined to create your own custom blend.
If you are stuck for small gift ideas that are a little less typical yet not overly expensive I fully suggest one of the above sets, I have bought a few kits for neighbours and those relatives that are particularly difficult to gift...we all have at least one huh?
I always love the Yankee Candle Christmas gifts, the bauble is my favourite though!

I purchased a couple of festive tarts last year and to be honest one is still sat in my burner and the other is still in the wrapper unopened! Once I get my own home I'll be burning things like this all the time but in my room it's not as easy x

The crackers are so cute, definitely adding one to my Christmas list!

I love Yankee Candle but I find it quite expensive, so I have to save up to buy the jars as I always favour them over the wax by itself. I got the Carousel Advent Calendar this year and my favourite was the Snowflake Cookie! Wish Yankee Candle was more popular in New Zealand as the ones you have listed sound lovely!
