Lush The Comforter Shower Cream Review

When Lush Oxford Street (London) opened it's doors earlier this year, I greeted such news with mixed emotions; yay new products and oh no, they are exclusive to the store. A store I'll seldom be able to visit -  Lush nirvana was so close yet so far. The good news is that an array, of the once limited products are now available both online and in other UK stores. Can I get a hallelujah?

As exciting as the new additions are, I am most excited about the fact I can now purchase Lush The Comforter Shower Cream freely. Now all my shower experiences can be blackcurrant tinged and (get ready for it because it is a zinger) comforting, should I wish. Oh I wish alright.

"Sometimes you just need to shut yourself off from the outside world under a blanket of fruity foam that will put you back in the right frame of mind to face the world. Cassis absolute gives a distinctive blackcurrant fragrance, while bergamot adds an uplifting note."

Summer never really made an appearance within the UK this year, as such I'm looking forward to the Autumn. If it is going to be cold, wet and grey I might as well embrace it non? I can't think of a more perfect, snuggly and warming fragrance that is bright enough to brighten any gloomy morning, yet soft and oddly relaxing - the perfect accompaniment to any evening soak. At this point I really should mention that Lush the Comforter Shower Cream doubles up as a bubble bath, a blackcurrant scented bath foam no less. Heavenly.

If you are familiar with Lush The Comforter Bubble Bar you will know exactly how beautiful, this now iconic scent rings. If not think bright, fruity and berry based; a sweet blackcurrant scent if you will. Fragrance aside this is a great bathing addition: it is light, gentle, cleanses well without drying out the skin and as mentioned above above can be used as a bath foam or even a shampoo. As a side note Lush The Comforter Shower Cream is a crowd pleaser, completely unisex and appealing to all ages. You owe your shower and Monday morning blues a bottle of this fruity elixir.

It turns out good things do come to those who wait!
