Travel with Elemis Collection

I'm going to put it out there - I hate travelling, I really do!

Now don't get me wrong I enjoy exploring new places but the actual travelling and even worse packing, no thank you. It is time consuming, I always take far more things (clothes, skincare, make-up...you name it) than I'll use and end up frustrated before I have even set off for the airport. I may not be able to help you with clothing choice but when it comes to both skin care and body products Elemis have you sorted with their nifty kit - Travel with Elemis Collection.

Not only does the Travel with Elemis Collection contain eight well sized products that should more than be sufficient for a two week trip, let alone the odd stop over (that reads far more racy than I intended) but also one of the best travel cosmetic bags I've owned. Admittedly it is not the most ascetically pleasing but the transparent style is ideal for seeing at a glance what you have inside and as it is plastic, it is easily wiped clean should a product spill or leak in transit. The bag is also deceptively roomy (with two sections) despite being fairly compact, all eight products of course sit comfortably within the bag but there is room should you need it. I realise I'm gushing about a plastic zip bag but I would happily purchase this as a stand alone product, it's that good - just sayin'!

Now on to the contents (the real reason you clicked on this post not for my ode to a bag), as mentioned above there is eight travel sized products all of which are fairly generously proportioned:

- Elemis Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser (30ml)
- Elemis Soothing Apricot Toner (50ml)
- Elemis Hydra-Boost Day Cream (20ml)
- Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliator (15ml)
- Elemis Skin Nourishing Shower Cream (100ml)
- Elemis Skin Nourishing Body Scrub (50ml)
- Elemis Frangipani Monoi Body Cream (50ml)
- Elemis Pro-Radiance Hand & Nail Cream (20ml)

Other than chucking shampoo, conditioner, an eye cream and deodorant in my bag I don't think I'd need much more in terms of skin and body care for a trip away from home. At £39 admittedly this is not the cheapest option but if you enjoy convenience and/or Elemis products it may be something worthwhile investing in?

As a heads up Elemis have just recently recently re-hauled their website - making it not only easier to navigate but also purchase products.
