At the beginning of the year the original Indeed Labs Fillume Moisturiser launched and one of the biggest complaints was that it was a little too rich in texture. If you felt this way you may be happy to learn that newly launched this month is a little sister product - Indeed Labs Fillume Serum, a lighter consistency that boasts all the technology and benefits of the original product. Of course the new Fillume Serum has been designed to correlate with the moisturising cream for maximum results but works well on its own too.
Indeed Labs Fillume range has been created to counteract the forces of gravity, targeting the loss of volume. As we age skin thins and looses it plumpness due to the slow down in collagen production, this can result in sagging and other visible signs of ageing. Indeed Labs Fillume Volumising features five types of peptides (two or more amino acids) all of which have been selected as they are easily absorbed by the skin and work quickly to improve and protect the skin. The main aims of Indeed Labs Fillume Serum are: to to restore facial contours, improve skin firmness, improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles, increase skin’s hydration levels and stimulate the skin renewal process as well as improving the tone and the texture of skin.
Being in my twenties does not make me the ideal candidate to trial this range so I did hand over the reigns to my Mother, here is what she found :
"The texture of the serum is beautiful, it sinks into the skin instantly - cooling, hydrating and to an extent soothing as it goes. The Indeed Labs moisturiser as many have noted is a little richer in texture and would be better suited to mature and/or dry complexions. On occasion I do feel it leaves behind a little residue. Simply put I can't imagine this would sit well on skin under 40. The serum on the other hand is ideal for anyone, any age who feels their skin is lacking in the volume stakes. I am currently using both products together and can happily say that they not only effectively moisturise but do indeed plump the skin, all the while injecting a little radiance and glow to the skin. I can't honestly say that either product has done all that much for my facial lines and wrinkles but the overall texture of my skin has improved. I'd best describe the effects of Indeed Labs Fillume as being on par with a good facial - after each use my skin feels rejuvenated, plumper and beautifully hydrated. At less than £30 per product I do feel both additions offer as much as any pricey anti-ageing counterpart I have paid out for - in fact very few offer me that healthy, youthful glow. I feel that alone warrants the price tag."
