In a matter of days it will be May and with the new month it brings a lot of brand new launches. If you are looking for an excuse to treat yourself to something beautiful, may I suggest that you hold off a few days as there is some wonderful new products to be explored.
First up we have the limited edition St.Tropez Travel Pouch which not only features the most beautiful quilted cosmetic bag but also two travel sized products: St.Tropez Tan Enhancing Moisturiser and Tan Enhancing Scrub. The best part? It is free with any St.Tropez purchase via Boots, in-store up until the 12th of May and online from the 6th of May to the 2nd of June.
I have reviewed the new Origins Mini Facial Brush in full here - link but wanted to flag it up again as I do really believe it is great value for money. At only £5 it offers a deep yet gentle cleanse and allows you full control of pressure. This goes on counter and online on the 1st of May.
Another new and early May launch is the arrival of Lancome Shine Lover Lipsticks (£21 each), which come in 20 shades. Think great pigment levels coupled with a beautifully hydrating and glossy formulation - they are a joy to apply and wear. My personal favourite out of the huge shade range has to be shade 212 which is a muted pink come brown - if you enjoy MAC Brave lipstick but want something a lighter lighter in texture this should be your next purchase.
Launching on counter (but already online) is the latest Dior Collection - Tie Die Collection which not only features two of the most beautiful blushes (I'm hopefully picking them up this weekend) but an array of visually stunning and creamy lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes. If you are in the market for a new lipstick you need to check out the new Dior Tie Dye Lipsticks, six shades to choose from, comfortable and beyond luxurious. You can shop the collection via Harrods - link.
On a budget? Aren't we all? Well May sees the launch of Collection Long Lasting Lipstick shades, the new additions are mostly nude in tone and 90's inspired but there is a few bright's such as coral to suit all tastes and complexions. At just £2.99 they are a great find, admittedly not the most nourishing but they wear well and the colour selection is incredible. To coincide there is also an array of new Collection Long Lasting Nail Polishes which promise up to seven days of wear. I have yet to put them to the test but can vouch that the shades are utterly beautiful and a snip at less than £3.
As most will know May is the month Make Up For Ever finally hits the UK via Debenhams, the launch date is pencilled in for the 19th of May. Although it will not be going into every Debenhams store it will be online which is just as exciting if you ask me. I can not wait to see the full line up and of course purchase a few pieces.
One last new collection, well for now at least! Bare Minerals Pop of Passion Collection which is due to land in June - a line up of both cream blushes and oil infused lip tints. The Bare Minerals Pop of Passion Lip Oil Balms have of course been infused with oil - vitamin E and Jojoba no less to provide moisture and comfort, The Bare Minerals Pop of Passion Blush Balms are silky, buildable but sadly limited edition. A great addition to any make-up bag.
May is shaping up to be an exciting month, wouldn't you agree?
Look out for full reviews coming your way in a matter of days.

When women have to go for the party in the month of May-June they just try to find ways to keep their party makeup stay for longer time. Waterproof base makeup can help them in letting their make-up in party for a longer duration.
