As you may be aware DKNY launch a new energizing fragrance each Spring which is exclusive to Superdrug - with a version for men and women. If you like bright, zesty, fruity floral fragrances which are great value for money (100ml/£41) then this is one to bookmark for the upcoming Spring/Summer season.
"Inspired by the vivacious energy and intensity of the summer heat, DKNY introduces a new luxuriously stimulating collection with DKNY Limited Edition fragrances for men and women. Passionately constructed, DKNY's newest fragrance for her is uniquely energising, wild and sexy. The bold vibrancy of Spearmint fuses with a luscious burst of Sweet Orange and playful Grapefruit for a whirlwind of forbidden exploration. Delicate Lily meets a hypnotic blend of spicy Carnation and Lush Tiare Flower. Whispers of sensual Patchouli and creamy Vanilla are layered as undertones against Fir Balsam to create a mysterious aura."
DKNY Energizing Eau de Toilette for Woman Spring 2015 is a bright fruity floral, it is punchy and unforgettable. Personally I would deem it to be more fruity than floral due to the strong presence of Grapefruit - if you don't like such note skip completely as this is dominates. It is pretty mellow and every now and then the creamy vanilla shines through, especially after a few hours of wear. DKNY Energizing Eau de Toilette for Woman Spring 2015 is perfect for the Spring/Summer as it is long wearing, light, refreshing and uplifting.
As you can see the bottle is huge and if I am not mistaken intended to mimic the design of NYC city skyscraper buildings? Okay the large 100ml size may not be ideal for lugging around in your bag nor travelling with (you could always use the likes of a Travalo to decant a little) but there is no denying that it will last you forever and a day. As DKNY Energizing Eau de Toilette for Woman Spring 2015 is pretty intense a little goes a long way, not to mention it does have a tendency to linger on the skin.
DKNY Energizing Eau de Toilette for Woman Spring 2015 will launch via Superdrug this month and cost £41 for 100ml.
