I have no qualms admitting I am rather hairy. Hey it keeps me warm during the notoriously brutal Scottish Winters. I shave all the usual places, wax others and get on with life. I know, I know I am such a trooper! The one area that I am self concious about is my upper lip. Unfortunately any hair that grows there tends to be black and rather noticeable, frankly I don't have the time to book in for an upper lip wax as often as my lady moustache dictates. Enter the Tria Laser Precision Rechargeable Hair Removal System...
"Clinically proven - after just two treatments, clinical testing showed up to 70% hair clearance, and one month after three treatments, most users reported hair regrowth was finer, while one year after eight treatments users experienced up to 65% permanent hair reduction. Treatments are easy - simply place the laser tip on the treatment area until you hear two beeps, then move on to the next section, overlapping as you go. The pulse counter lets you know if you have the right number of pulses on each body area to achieve the best possible results in the shortest time. What’s more, you only have to go over your treatment area once during a session."
As you can most see the Tria Laser Precision Rechargeable Hair Removal System is smaller than you average at home laser removal system and has been designed for small areas such as facial hair. It couldn't be easier to use with an inbuilt safety system that will only unlock if suitable for your skin type. Clever! Like most laser treatments the Tria Laser Precision Rechargeable Hair Removal System has various levels. I tend to use level one and have noticed a difference over the last month. I am not completely hairless on my upper lip but the hair growth has been slower, finer and more sparse by far. I am toying with cranking the device up a level for more immediate results but doubt I'd ever need to use level three. For those wondering yes it is painless, at the most I feel a slight tingle and there is no redness afterwards. Just to be on the safe side I do apply a little aloe vera gel after each application, which instantly cools and calms the skin.
Yes it is pricey at £220 but if you have facial hair you'd like to treat somewhat permanently it could work out to be a worth while investment. It is quick, easy, effective and most importantly for wimps like myself pain free.

I really want something like this, I've never tried to remove hair in any areas (other than the usual places) but it is something that gets me down. As a dark haired, olived skinned gal it's pretty obvious and I hate it. May save up! x
