Lush Lullaby Shampoo Bar

As someone who shower's twice a day I am forever on the look out for products to help me unwind and promote a sound evening of rest. Admittedly I don't always wash my hair at night because who really wants to be blow drying after 9pm? Not me that is for sure but every now and the needs must and for such needs I fully recommend Lush Lullaby Shampoo Bar.

"The calming combination of chamomile, ground almonds and oat milk gently soothe the scalp. Raise the spirits with Tunisian sourced neroli oil, proven to aid the release of serotonin (the happy hormone)! Lavender oil and absolute relax and balance, ideal for children two years and up; pass over the hair once or work into a light lather in the hands first."

Lush Lullaby Shampoo Bar

First of all if you loathe lavender scented products there is a good chance this will not be the product that sways your opinion. As far as lavender fragrances go this is not at all offensive, fairly mild and milky thanks to the addition of almond and oat milk - combined with warm water this makes washing my hair a rather relaxing experience. Other than helping me to relax the Lush Lullaby Shampoo Bar is a fairly basic shampoo not that needs to be a negative stance, all I mean is that it doesn't do much else than gently cleanse my hair. As someone with dry hair I do need a little extra moisture but on the plus side this does not further strip my hair nor does it weigh it down and is perfect for everyday use. In the above official description Lush touched on the fact this is ideal for children, it is gentle yet will remove all traces of dirt/grime/what have you as well as being soothing both on the scalp and senses. If you have a little one you want to help calm and unwind before bed this could be a great product to keep on the side of the bath.

Lush Lullaby Shampoo Bar may not be my personal favourite but there is no denying that it does exactly all it claims to and is ideal for a pre-bed bath and/or shower routine.
