Birchbox Pick Your Benefit Sample Box (March 2015)

This month all Birchbox subscribers have the chance to pick their Benefit Mascara sample (it closed on the 22nd of February for existing members) which includes the yet to launch Benefit Roller Lash Mascara as well as the other two best selling options: Bad Gal Lash and They're Real. Pretty cool huh? I think we all enjoy surprises within the box but given the chance every now and then having the option to pick what would best suit our tastes.

March Birchbox offering is a collaboration with Habitat with a "Do Try This at Home" theme, I'd bookmark the Birchbox site as they do promise some rather exciting content involving Habitat - I'm hoping for some D.I.Y inspiration. Anyway here is what is inside the March box alongside your chosen Benefit Mascara.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara - C'mon you didn't think I'd ask for any other did you? Benefit Roller Lash is quickly becoming my holy grail mascara. It lifts, separates and to a certain extent curls my long yet fine and flimsy lashes. If you like a wide eye look this is the mascara for you. I'd also say if you have yet to try it this is the perfect opportunity as the full size tube is close to £20!

Catherine Malandrino Style de Paris - There is very few fragrance samples within beauty boxes that I have ever enjoyed but I am pleased to say that Catherine Malandrino Style de Paris is beautiful. It reminds ever so slightly of Britney Spears Fantasy Eau de Parfum only more sophisticated.

TanOrganic Self Tanning Oil - As a self tanning addict I was excited to see this dinky little bottle of oil, as well as producing a natural, glowing tan this also moisturises and nourishes the skin. If you like to fake it but never bake it and find typically self tanners to be drying this could be the answer.

Janjira Pomegrante and Acai Facial Scrub - A combination of fruit extracts and vitamin E combine to create a deeply cleansing facial scrub that leaves the skin brightened and softened. I have yet to try this but have rubbed a little on my hands and rather enjoy the texture. Not to mention it smells wonderful.

A Perfect Heritage by Penny Vincezi (chapter extract) - A full chapter of such novel to enjoy before deciding if it is for you or not. I'd like to see more novels included within beauty boxes, even if it is just a chapter or two.

Birchbox and Habitat Notebook - a dinky, pocket sized notebook that has been designed by Habitat especially for Birchbox subscribers. Ideal for making notes on the go!

A great little box wouldn't you agree? I'm also sure I am not the only one who welcomes the addition of choice. Word on the street is that we will also be able to pick a sample of choice in the next two boxes too!
