Here is what is happening in the beauty world at the moment...

One for dry shampoo fans! "Following on from the launch of COLAB Dry Shampoo, COLAB have unveiled The Extreme Volume Collection. Now available in two different sizes and five fragrances, the new collection adds the additional elements of body, height and volume without the extensive time or effort usually required. As well as refreshing roots, the new range features an extreme plumping powder for instant back-combed volume, texture and lift. Each product is named after a city such as London, Paris, Rio, New York and Tokyo, and features a unique fragrance."

Miller Harris and Love Magazine have joined forces! "Fragrance brand Miller Harris has collaborated with LOVE Magazine's editor-in-chief Katie Grand for Valentine’s Day, introducing the Tangerine Vert LOVE candle. Launching later this month, the scent contains a mixture of Italian green tangerine, Florida grapefruit and Sicilian lemon notes, as well as marjoram, geranium, orange flower, cedar wood, moss and sweet musks." This will launch on the 29th and cost £40.

New lip balms from Collection! "COLLECTION Cosmetics has announced the launch of a new collection of fruit-flavoured lip balms. The balms contain beeswax and natural plant oil to keep lips soft, supple and hydrated and are available in a range of three flavours, including: Green Apple (clear finish), Orange Burst (peach shimmer) and Pink Strawberry (subtle pink sheen)." These will launch on the 21st of January and cost £1.99 each.

New make-up launches from Sleek Make-Up - "Sleek MakeUP has announced the launch of its new i-Quad Eyeshadow & Eyeliner palettes. The palettes include three eyeshadows and one gel eyeliner, featuring a range of finishes; from soft mattes to luxe shimmers. Featuring a compact size, the palettes include two applicators and are available in three variations: Limited Edition Midnight Blues (pictured above), Medusa's Kiss (icy, metallic silver and black); and Morrocan Myrrh (neutral tones with beige, taupe and chocolate brown). Additionally, the brand has unveiled its new Brow Perfecter, a brush-on gel formula that grooms eyebrows in one, easy application. The lightweight, smudge-free formula seals brows in place and brushes on easily for a thicker, natural-looking finish. Brow Perfecter is available in three shades: Clear, Light Brown and Dark brown." The launch dates are 25 February (Brow Perfector) & 25 March (i-Quad) and prices will range from £4.99-£5.99.

I've already mentioned how you can get a deluxe sample of this mascara for free but if you are not from the UK and want a little more info this may be of use. "Benefit Cosmetics has announced the launch of Roller Lash (£19.50), its new super-curling and lifting mascara. The patent-pending Hook 'n' Roll brush grabs, separates, lifts and curls, while the instant curve-setting formula holds for 12 hours. Roller Lash contains provitamin B5 and serin, known for their lash-conditioning benefits." This is a March launch.

A new lip launch from Origins touches down in February "Origins has announced the launch of KissZing (£16), a new collection of lip crayons launching next month. The crayon is formulated with a blend of natural butters and oils, including meadowfarm seed extract, mango seed butter and jojoba extract to nourish lips. With a subtle combination of vanilla and mint, the barely-there texture provides a subtle hint of tint. KissZing is available in six shades including: Pink Charming, Peach Peck, Coral Crush, Rosemance, Peonies In a Pod and Begonia Blush."
