Here is what is happening in the beauty world at the moment...

A new fragrance will launch in January, "Annick Goutal Parfums has announced the launch of Eau de Ciel Eau de Toilette. Presented in a ribbed bottle with an ivory tie, the scent comprises notes of linden tea, rosewood, white musk, beeswax and iris." It will launch on the 26th January (Liberty) & 9 February (nationwide) and cost £84 (100ml EDP).
A new launch from Aromatherapy Associates they have announced the launch of their new Limited Edition Renewing Rose Body Velvet, in celebration of the brand's 30th Anniversary. This thick skin conditioning treatment combines the highest quality essential oils and plant extracts, to help rejuvenate the skin, for a noticeably firmer appearance and feel. It will launch on the 1st January 2015 and will cost £50/200ml.

A new launch from Fresh for March 2015 "Beauty brand Fresh has announced the launch of Lotus Youth Preserve Eye Cream with Super 7 Complex. The lightweight formula illuminates the eye area while delivering 24-hour moisture for a radiant, youthful glow. The treatment combats dullness and revitalises the eye contour. The Super 7 Complex has been specifically designed to minimise and prevent early visible signs of ageing while providing antioxidant protection. The extract of star fruit, an exotic Asian plant with many medicinal properties, provides an extra boost of protection from wrinkle-causing free radicals. Other key ingredients include: blue-green algae, hibiscus fruit extract, fig fruit extract, vitamin C and E and vegetable glycerol." It will cost £34 when it launches.

Okay it won't be for everyone but the bottle is pretty cool! "Nicki Minaj has announced the launch of Minajesty Exotic, a new limited addition fragrance exclusively available at The Perfume Shop. Combining fruits and floral tones, the scent opens with nectar of pear, starfruit and mandarin, while notes of water lily, orchid and osmanthus are at the heart. In line with all her other launches, the Minajesty Exotic bottle design features a liquid gold face with pink lipstick and blonde hair." It has already launched as of today and costs £29.99/100ml EDP.

Now this is interesting! "Cosmetic brand Revlon has announced the launch of PhotoReady Prime + Anti-Shine Balm, a multi-use face balm and primer designed to perfect skin. Made with a special clear-on-skin formula, the ultra-lightweight balm applies easily and mattifies oil without irritating the skin, erasing the look of pores and imperfections, and minimising the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Suitable for all skin tones and types, the product can be worn alone or under and over make-up and comes with a sponge applicator for easy application." It will launch in January 2015 and will cost £9.99.

Bare Minerals are hitting the ground running with all their new launches and in February a new product will join the line up! "Beauty brand bareMinerals has announced the launch of Bareskin Perfecting Veil, a new advanced finishing powder. Light-reflecting optics work to delicately blur the look of fine lines and wrinkles in skin texture, while a special blend of oil-absorbing minerals help to balance skin’s surface for a flattering, soft-focus finish. In addition, the product is infused with lilac plant stem cells and vitamin C to visibly help brighten and defend skin, and diminish the appearance of dark spots." It will cost £22 when it launches.
