Nails Inc Alexa Sequins Nail Polish

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not always a fan of glitter nail polishes, sometimes they look more tacky than they do pretty and man are they difficult to remove. It takes a special kind of glitter nail polish to make me even consider purchasing it let alone sing its praises but here we are. Enter Nails Inc Alexa Sequins Nail Polish, isn't she a beauty?

Nails Inc Alexa Sequins Nail Polish is a glitter polish (way to state the obvious huh?) that only requires two coats to become opaque. So far so good, non? A medley of matte black and gold glitter chunks in all shapes and sizes which when on the nails has a striking effect. Yes it glitters to some extent but with matte addition it has an altogether grown up vibe - not tacky in the slightest yet it has a slightly vampy come festive feel. Basically I don't have all the adjectives to do this polish justice but if like myself you want something a little less ordinary in terms of a nail polish this is the way to go.

As mentioned above two quick coats is all it takes to create what I would deem to be an opaque finish but you can of course wear it sheer or layer it over another nail polish - I find it works beautifully with navy, deep reds and of course black base coats. The brush is a short, wide stubby little number which fans out rather well to coat the nail in one swift movement. In terms of drying time this rates fairly average - a thin coat takes just over a minute to dry. All in all no complaints from me,
