L'Occitane Arlesienne Collection

If like myself you have grown a little tired of Winter scents or perhaps are looking for a beautiful floral scent to gift someone or simply want something new, I am confident that the L'Occitane Arlesienne Collection is just what you have been waiting for. The collection itself is pretty vast with 11 products in total some of which are limited edition. Let me share a little more on the L'Occitane Arlesienne Collection in which L'Occitane have used three notes to reflect the story of The Arlesienne who is said to be the muse of the South Provence.

L'Occitane Arlesienne Collection

The fragrance itself is as mentioned a floral and in my opinion a young, bright and almost Spring ready blend of Saffron, Mandarin, Rose, Lily of the Valley, Violet, Sandalwood and Tonka Bean. Now I am not saying for one moment they are identical because they are not but if you happen to like the Marc Jacobs limited edition Daisy scents that are launched each S/S then I feel this is right up your street. Overall it is a refreshing and lively scent that may have you longing for brighter days (aren't we all) with rose and violet being the two notes I detect the most. It is no way powdery and surprisingly long lasting - both the solid perfume (£8) and L'Occitane Arlesienne Eau de Toilette (£39).

As mentioned a few products are limited edition which sadly includes the L'Occitane Arlesienne Scented Candle (£24) which I personally recommend and see as the star of the range. Not only is the packaging utterly beautiful but the floral notes of L'Occitane Arlesienne in candle form really know how to uplift a room - it is the perfect scent to work alongside as it doesn't overpower but does lift my mood. If only it could motivate me to have a regular admin schedule. One hurdle at at time eh!
